This item has been replaced once. Both the original product and the replaced product were imported in 2016. In both the products the battery must have been fully discharged as it was lying with the seller for more than 2 years. Hence I found it difficult to charge the battery in the first product. Therefore it has to be returned and got replaced. the replaced product also had the same problem. This could not even be charged and there is no indication whether it is charging or not. I do not know why amazon sells products like this. We are being taken for granted as they are giving at a discounted price.

Product looked as if opened and re packed. The outer box was totally loose which usually happens when used. The product had no cover, the accessories were in an open packet and re- taped. There was dust on the product and it looked old and used. The month of import it said was Nov 2016. There is no information on the product page that it is not returable even under prime, that whatever be the reason it will only be replaced. Very disappointed. Hope the replacement is a new piece and not used one.

Bad purchase. Sound quality is bad. The volume is very low. Sound Output is not clear, it gives blurry sound. full blown sound doesn't cross the room as well, forget to be loud. Got Artis Speakers instead at similar price range, much better and great output. 10 meter bluetooth range also.. very bad product from Portonics.

It was really awesome product including good features in this price with 1 year warranty..I have ordered for my father he is very happy & using it daily..the sound quality and connectivity features are really good with in built fm radio station which catches almost all his favourite station..At this price no one is giving all this features I really very happy with this product..Go for it..

Bought this product exclusively for its radio capability, was already using the Soundpot from this company which is an excellent product, this one is average, some points one should consider while buying1. Sound is good2. Changing radio stations is a pain, as there is no display to show which station is playing3. This speaker does not stand, it falls even with a slight push, a major design fault4. Battery life is low in comparison to similar products5. No Bluetooth, a big disadvantage

Arrived with proper packaging.
Its in working condition and battery is in charged state.
Easy to pair with bluetooth device and sound is excellent.
It has aux in, sd card and usb as input options, has headphone jack as well.
I am taking out 1 star as they haven't put FM radio support which is pretty much cheaper to add in. Anyways definitely a gr8 product.

I loved it when it arrived but when I started using it, I DID NOT like it much. It is an OK product and now I also feel that it is over priced.
Following are issues.
1. There is distortion in high volumes.
2. Bluetooth indicator & Bluetooth controls are messed up.
3. Battery life & stand-by times are not satisfactory.
I will not recommend this product.

I was impressed with this little BT speaker at first, but when I looked closer, there was no FM. That is a huge miss
Go for Umeko Pebble or Umeko Trooper. Both are around Rs 1400 and have FM too
