Great phone with Great specs........ But the difference in Price

I purchased it from other place as the price difference is more than 2000. The phone is a great one and I like it. Flipkart, ur initial advantage was price factor. Now, low price is an old thing for your site. Please fix the matter. Otherwise, u r a great site. Also, plz throw out the bad sellers

I bought this phone 6 days back...it works best...usually I prefer the Sony, but this time gave a try for Panasonic...m delighted with the performance and no issues so far... :)
Pros:
1) Very nice build quality from engineering point of view.
2) Very sleek and lightweight design. Truly very light !!!
3) Nice freebies with it- A screen-guard and a flip cover.
4) Performance is fast. Absolutely no lagging.
5)Use with appropriate apps and properly installed games to avoid lags and other software issues. 1GB of RAM is sufficient...believe me...!!
6) Very good battery backup...Almost 2 days with network ON !!!
7) Camera is nice...don't compare with Sony !!
8) Sound quality is very good- Both for phone and IN-ear earphones...!!
9) In built equalizer is also impressive...Loud and clear sound !!
10) very Nice display...big enough...vivid colours n ample brightness...!!
11) Can tether up to 60Mbps as Modem..!!
12) No onscreen buttons...can use whole of the screen area...!!
At last... guaranteed KitKat 4.4.x update in June...:)
In short ...GO FOR IT !!! Absolutely Decent Device..!! Nice work Panasonic...!!
Panasonic P81 - One of a kind!!

Hello Readers!
I was a die hard fan of Samsung Galaxy Series and owned most phones that came under that bracket...Until last week, when I walked into a store near by to my residence and seen the Panasonic P81 demo by a executive (I know its a sales strategy to get buyers, But I stood there to watch). It seemed good and then I purchased it for 17350/- (Hyderabad). Came home and realised that the phone was ultra lite and also feels sleek and premium... It took me time to get adjusted with the UI as I felt TouchWiz (Samsung UI) was better. But, Honestly, They are all of the same kind with just a few minor changes!!
Within the box, U get a screen guard, a leather flip cover (which looks great), data cable, charging adapter and a really good pair of stereo headsets (which actually gives good sound output)
Pros:
Camera - Both Rear and Front are Excellent.
Battery - It gives me a complete 28 hrs of usage from 100% to 0% charge with WiFi, Gaming and Calls intermittently.
Processor - I am able to play Asphalt 8, FIFA 14, Spider Man 2 like cheese.
Though this has 1 GB of RAM, TRUST ME, It doesn't even cross 800 MB with high usage. Its the OCTA CORE processor does a fair job in making the phone run smooth.
The Stock Charger - Cable and Adapter are not that great but charges the phone from 0-100% within 2hrs.
Cons:
There are nothing that I can point out bad as of now.
Its been two weeks now that I have been using this phone and I just love it. Especially the camera which impressed me the most. My Verdict - Price may differ from seller to seller, If u look at it from my point of view its totally worth the price.

I got this phone 2 days back. Issues faced till now:- Music clarity is really bad & when I stop playing music there is a disturbing noise for 3 seconds after that and then it stops. Also when I switch on my mobile, the call screen appears from no where and it gets stuck for 10-15 seconds. And then it becomes normal.
Apart from that phone is really good and fast. Screen clarity and camera are also really good.

I received this handset some 2 weeks back. Will provide a short review.
First, my requirements - Budget phone, something more than quadcore, something more than 5 inch, good sharp screen atleast 720p.
Now the review.
Looks-great, head turning, fantastic colours onscreen, back leatherette, huge screen but slim phone, hardly a cm or two over than my old gionee dream d1 with 4.7 inch screen. UI-i am big fan of nova launcher prime, replaced stock ui with nova, so no comments on ui. however screens of calling, sms look too good, nice green colour theme, each and every part of the theme & desktop is customizable.
Video playback-the best i have ever seen till now, unique motion enhancing feature, feels as if you are watching a live recording of an hd video. First time viewers describe it as 3D experience.
Audio-good deep heavy bass, equalizer present with bass booster & 3d & reverb effect. Clear and Calm.
Calling-is a charm. call & sms icon displayed beside each contact in contact list, so no need to open individual contact.
Messaging-too good, folder mode & chat mode, message can be swiped on to next by a flick, no need to go back to inbox everytime to read next message.
Hanging issues-not a single. Cost- effective.
Problems till now- None found.
End result - VERY VERY Satisfied.

Its gonna be almost 3 years since I bought this phone and till date it hasn't given me any problem - Touch wood on that. I have used all samsung mobiles before and they all could be used for 2 years max that too with visits to service center. Its not the case with this phone. Not once did I have to take it to service center -Touch wood again. My screen got cracked because of my carelessness but that too doesn't give any problem in the display.
overall good phone..sound needs improvement..

Good phone for the price that you would get it from Amazon... screen guard and flip cover are also nice..sound seems to be an issue... not clear while playing music.. another info which is not easily available online is tbat the phone has normal SIM catd andnot micro SIM..

Come this september, it will be 3 yrs since i bought this phone..Not even once did it trouble us..Performance beyond expectations..I wish i could lay my hands on something like this in 4G..Thanks Panasonic.

I bought P81 few months back & its motherboard was gone in 4 months. After sales service is so pathetic that they take a minimum of a month to rectify any problem. Moreover when you get it back. It has a new technical issue. My phone has been with Panasonic service guys more than me. Worst phone you can ever buy.
