1. After a market research I came to the conclusion to buy Panasonic. 2. Picture quality of Panasonic is much better than LG. Compared to Samsung picture quality almost same but still Panasonic 0.001% ahead of Samsung. 3. TV comes with both wall mount and desktop stand 4. Installation and Setup will done by Panasonic team free of cost Its 1 day installation really impressive Overall I am happy with the product and the service provide by snapdeal. Just go for it.

Superb Experience with flipkart, Everything was fine and good, product delivered on time, installation also done on next day, Thanks to flipkart Regarding TV, superb clarity, Audio is also fine and good, I feel that the remote is lengthy but it works even in opposite direction, i feel it saves few thousands from my pocket, compared to other branded television this TV worth for money,

Just putting up my experience here to solve your extensive research on TVs from my side :) Before Buying Research: As you are doing now, I have also done lot of research and analysis almost for 10-12 days to buy new 40 inch LED TV. Gone through all E-Commerce sites and finally decided to buy VU 40 inch TV. After decision, just thought of seeing VU TV physically. So, gone to 3-4 well reputed home appliances show rooms but none of them have VU TVs and in fact all 3-4 showroom sales persons recommended this Panasonic TV instead of VU TV (Thanks to these guys). SO, my research started again. Googled, read hell hundreds of reviews on all e-commerce sites and taken offline feedback from friends on Panasonic products. Everything is good for both VU and Panasonic. So, I have to go either of one. VU costing 30k and Panasonic initially costing 35k. So 5k difference. VU and Panasonic are same except sound in my basic research. Finally decided to go with Panasonic because of brand reputation and service centres listing wise (just my choice, you compare and take a decision based on your requirements and budget). Now, just waiting for better price on this Panasonic TV. Guys, you don't believe, it's costing 45k in offline stores. (45k in Girias, 43k in Adishwar and 40k in unilet of Bangalore). So decided to go with online. Luckily Flipkart gave 1000 rs off in their smart tv carnival campaign. Grabbed the offer immediately (When comparing with offline prices, I am saving 6k in worst case). After Order Experience : 4.5/5 So placed order on Feb 8th (Wednesday) at 1:15 AM. Yes, you are correct. It's 1:15 AM :) There starts Flipkart's awesome service and followup delivery. Flipkart offered free one day delivery on this product. By the time I woke up at 7AM, already there is a message from Flipkart saying it's has been shipped. Happy to see that. In addition to this, we have scheduled delivery option with the next 10 days from the date of order placement with 8AM - 12PM, 1PM - 4PM, 5PM - 8PM time slots. It's very useful for a job holder like me. I can schedule delivery based on my availability at home. So, scheduled my delivery on 9th (Thursday) with 8AM - 12 PM slot. As promised by Flipkart, package has been arrived at 10:30 AM. Transport service is very good and delivery executive is very professional on calls while calling for exact delivery address. In fact, delivery guy helped me by delivering at neighbour house under my presence. They opened box and shown me everything and taken signature as a witness :) Only minus i observed here is packaging should have been better. That doesn't mean that packaging is very poor. It's good but still as a customer, I can expect more safety packaging for a high value and sensitive product like this. Installation and Demo Part: 5/5 So finally delivered my TV within one day and now installation part starts. Just like you, I have also worried on followups making with Flipkart for installation part. But Flipkart exceeded my expectations here also and kept everything in line and driven smoothly. I wanted to highlight one thing here. Flipkart delivered my TV on Feb 9th at 10:30AM as promised, where as their system showed as not delivered and they were working on for immediate delivery and also got continuous messages from them saying FK team working to deliver my TV at earliest. So, I just called FK team and informed them. So they immediately updated on system while we are on call and everything went on line after that. May be Flipkart's systems are as not fast as Flipkart's humans team :) Flipkart automatically created separate service request for installation on Feb 8th itself (Before delivery of TV) but you can see this service request only in their app not on desktop website. This needs to be fixed from Flipkart side. I got call on Feb 10th from Panasonic asking for whether they can come for installation. WOW.. I just can't believe such a fast response from both Flipkart and Panasonic teams. Appreciate it. As I have struck with my office work, I asked them to come on Feb 11th for installation. They agreed and confirmed that I will get call again from their team. As they promised, I got call on Feb 11th at 10AM from Panasonic team for installation part. Kudos to them for regular followups. Installation guy came installed and explained each and every button on remote. BTW I haven't used the default wall mount and went with rotatable wall mount. It was costed me Rs. 1300. Initial cost was Rs. 1900 by installation guy and final price depends on your negotiation skills. TV Experience : 4.5 / 5 Just WOW in terms of picture quality and sound. Sound is just like BOOM BOOM if you switch on surround mode.Totally in love with TV as of now. Pls dont write negative comments by playing NON HD content.It's a full HD tv and you can experience the same in HD video only. Downloaded panasonic's TV application "TV Remote 2" and it's working like a gem. Response is bit slow except that everything fine

Yesterday i purchesed this tv from local dealer . i compared this tv with videocon and onida smart tv which are avilable in my buget. i found the penasonic picture quality is exilent like LG tv and videocon,onida tv picture quality is not up to the mark. after that i play one HD video via connecting wifi with my mobile in all four tv LG,Onida,Videocon,Penasonic the result is onida and videocon whatever video i played that is geting stuck in between some picture patches are there but in penasonic and LG same video runing very smoothly. LG is not in my buget thats why i gone with penasonic. i purchesed this 40 inch smart tv 35500 only and belive me sound quality, picture quality are awsome. on this price its a exilent smart tv.

Writing review after use of this product for 1 year: (Purchased last year during 2016 Diwali Sale) @ Rs.34,000Advantages:1. Available at very good compare to other 40 Inch LEDs available in the market2. Voice quality and picture quality is mind blowing. All my friends and relatives loved voice quality whenever they have visited my home3. No issues at all till date except listed in disadvantages4. Working fine with my WiFi connections. I daily use it for YouTube videos for my small kid5. USB pen drive and Laptop using HDMI is working fine with TV6, Screen mirroring works very well. I daily use to mirror my mobile on TV for movies, videos and photosDisadvantages:Nothing but want to highlight few minor disadvantages1. HDMI ports are at back side of TV, so If you are using wall mount stand (coming with product) then You have to attach HDMI cable when you mount it on wall else you have to detach every time from wall mount stand to attach HDMI cable. Other option for it to use flexible rotational stand instead of fixed wall mount stand, but you have to purchase it separately2. Portable Hard disk connection using USB port is risky as per Panasonic Service boy, because Hard disk used motor which might lead to damage TV's internal circuit. So I am not using hard disk directly. I came to know about it when sometimes Hard disk is not detected, so I lodged complaint with Panasonic. It's fine for me because i rarely use hard disk with TV, because I use screen mirroring of my mobile on TV
