I ordered this product via Amazon. In first instance, I got the heater which was making noise while running , so I created a return request, and again ordered for the same product. In second instance, again I got the heater which was completely broken from inside. Even while taking it outside from package the entire unit was making sound from inside. So, I did some research and tried to find out what is really going on. It seems this product suffers from very bad engineering from Orpat. [Though I had other two heaters which are of Orpat brand, and works fantastically, so the problem is with this product only]. It seems the inside motor and heater coil is bolted directly to outside plastic chassis. So, what is the problem with that ? Well, since the overall plastic used is not very strong, and any small pressure on the outside chassis because of transport etc will cause the bolts which holds the entire unit inside to break. Ideally, they should have used a stronger plate inside, and bolted the machinery to that, but it seems such a basic thing was not implemented, or they should have used a much stronger plastic material for chassis. So moral of the story is , be careful with this specific product from Orpat. Double check your delivery , it might be broken from inside. If you get it in one piece , be careful not to apply too much pressure while handling this unit at home !! I hope this review will help any prospective buyers of this product. A nice product, had it worked, but with a engineering mistake. One star from my side.
