I bot this thinking it would be same as x101 which i was using but with extra battery life(1750mAh)... x101 is awesome phone,but x103i is really bakwas. When you get call waiting on this, microphone automatically turns off and the person whom you are talking to will not be able to listen to you.. dat means, wenever u get call waiting, your present call gets disconnected... Serious malfuntion in this model... Its software is lot different from x101... its painful software to even type a message.. i returned it back to flipkart within 1day..thanks flipkart for that... dint even wait to check batterylife, because u just cant msg or call with this msg.. no meaning in having 10days battery life when basic things are not functioning....NEVER EVER go for this..............

It's a very bad phone for 1) Calling -- Clarity is worst 2) Messaging ----- a) No auto completion (dictionary), need 2 min to type a message ----- b) Message memory is just 50 If I can't use this phone for talking and texting whats the point of having the long list of features ? All those who gave 4-5 star for this s%*t were HIGH on something? PS : Why can't rating starts from -2 * ?

I bought this phone for my Grandpa who is 77 years old. I wanted something simple just for calls (that too only incoming)and not an Android around the Rs. 1000 price-tag. I ditched the "Big Boys" just for it's features and Battery. I was just stunned by its GOB-SMACKING features. Let me Start with the Pro's PrOs - 1. CaMeRa is pretty good considering the price. Had many features including (480x640)size for stills and 144p for videos, with NIGHT MODE, Brightness, Contrast, Exposure Value, White Balance (Includes : Auto, Incandescent, Fluorescent, Cloud and Daylight, Effects like Red, Blue, Green, Negative and Sepia. Phew! such a long list !! The Picture Quality is decent though. You won't get a DSLR at this price! C'mon 2. Mp3PlAyEr - Supports equalizers like Rock, Soft Rock, Odeum, Classic, Jazz & Regular. The volume is good but sound clarity and quality is as expected - DECENT (The best you'll get at Rs. 1125) 3. BlUeToOtH - Works! I got Nice transferring speeds while tranfering songs from my Champ! No connectiving issues. 4. Has a Powerful Torch (Just the feature I wanted for grandpa), Dual Sim (Can't say about stand-by though), FM Radio. 5. WAP - Internet pages load up pretty past (MMX Homepage), haven't surfed much 6. Expandable Memory - 4GiB, more than enough for his needs 7. Battery - 1750 mAh WOW even androids have lower battery. This huge backup coupled with simple OS, processor and features will last at least 7 Days - haven't TESTED. Other phones from "Other" companies had around 900-1100 mAh battery. Micromax X103 outclasses them 8. Computer Connectivity 9. Price - Rs. 1125 with all of the above mentioned features. Absoultely fantastic!!! 10. Lightweight inspite of the heavy 1750 mAh Battery - Truly a marathon battery. Back cover feels nice in the hand. Keypad has a rubberized texture. Music hot-key is pretty useful CoNs - 1. FM Radio can't start without headphones. 2. Headphones are cheap and of low-quality. Don't listen to songs through these for long hours or else you'll end up with hearing problems 3. Lack of 3.5 mm Jack means you'll have to put up with the bad earphones 4. No Zoom in camera 5. Charger and Headphone quality (dunno how long they'll last) 6. It can be difficult for new users to Increase or Decrease volume. Volume down -> [*], Volume Up -> [#]. Flipkart Service - The BEST and fastest, got 1 day before estimated delivery time. No other ?@&^!! provides such great service. LIVE LONG FLIPKART! Finally I have to send it to grandpa against my wishes and protests. This is the Best budget feature rich phone in this price range. Gives android phones a run for their money SoHaM UPDATE - Heated up mildly when I listened to songs for 2 and a half hours continuously. Inserted 8 GiB Memory Card on 4 GiB works absolutely fantastic

This is a good phone, if you want a phone for calling and receiving voice calls. Good battery backup. the issue with voice clarity during the calls occurs when you keep the volume at peak, lower the volumes and it will be all right. Comes with a usb cable which can be connected to the charger provided, thus can be charged both by laptop or AC source. User interface has been kept neat and no cluttering. There is a special music button, though the sound of neither the speaker nor the earphones are good. There is no 3.5 mm jack slot, instead its a mini usb slot,(used for charging and earphone) it has got a basic organiser, with alarms, calendar and calculator, but there is no app to take small notes overall the only problem i face is listening to music, and the lack of any note taking app, but hey! it has got a great great battery backup, calling functionality with acceptable clarity, messaging service, music player, blue tooth, internet connectivity (WAP), a radio, torch....all at 1.1k makes it a great buy. Better buy than any Nokia or Samsung phone if you want to buy a phone around 1000 rs. if you want something better shell out some more bucks buy a better phone. And kudos to Flipkart for this one ( though i m facing delays with other orders) , what were you thinking when packaging it? as if it was being delivered in a war zone! very good packing and delivered within the time mentioned.

I bought this for a secondary number that is rarely used. It mostly lies at my home inside a drawer. What I liked about this phone is that it is really cheap. Plus the high capacity battery can easily last up to one whole week. At this price I didn't expect any quality features. But it can still provide some basic features like a Camera, Torch, Dual SIM, Radio, expandable storage, MP3 etc.. It uses a Mini USB cable to charge which is one thing I didn't like about it. Micromax could have used a Micro USB that is used in other phones. The headphone also connects using Mini USB. Also I am not a big fan of rubbery keypad that reminds me of Nokia 1100.

Phone is good for voice calling and other features like camera, video player, internet are just like useless. It has not enough memory to store contact details.It has easy to carry anywhere, one of the best hardware feature is its battery, charge is exist long last up to one week and its price is another plus point I decided to buy it(less than 900/-)

good but not great, I had purchased three pieces and out of three one was defective, screen gone wild. yellow is not very bad, looks classic, initially I thought yellow would be looking weird but this looks decent. features are good, two sims working perfect, screen is clear and bright.only problem is when I call, the otherside people can't hear it louder though I had put full call volume. however, I think sometimes it is OK. but for a basic usage this is more than worth so go ahead.

Pro'sScreen, battery, feel in hand is good. Battery lasts max upto a week with single sim. I have set inbuilt auto switch off at night.More features than some Nokia or samsung phones.Camera and video recording are good for VGA.Keypad is good.Reception is good.Call recoder is the best feature.ConsProprietary headphonesCall volume is a little on the lower side when you are outside. The loudspeaker is just ok. My old Nokia 1600 is better in this regard.SMS software not very typing friendly.I dont listen to music. Very good as basic dual sim phone especially if the usage is more indoors.
