Tons of Bloatware , keeps crashing until factory reset

Micromax has tons of bloatware ,and a faulty home screen launcher called help center.The screen keeps crashing until you do a factory reset and start over again. After factory reset I tried changing the launcher it is not letting me , and I have to deal with junk that micromax forced me to useHorrible experience , Amazon please take note

I am using this phone from last 1.5 years. Quite a good one. Battery is awesome. There is really no need to carry your cherger while going to office. Sound is really loud. The only issue for me is the touch can be better. Otherwise I am happy with my phone.

Positive's
This product is not excellent from Micromax.. I just used only 10 days.
Battery backup.
internet usage speed,
Musics sound quality and volume everything perfect..
installed more games and apps.
Negatives
Touch problem some times.
Non removable battery.
camera & Phone ganging some times.
Late response while typing.
While using First Touch Launcher i am facing above mentioned issues. After changing in to Android launcher I didn't get those issues for the last two days. Let me wait and update about this product after some time.

9months before i buy tis phone.now my phone battery bulged..service center told they will replace on warranty..but its almost 1 month they have not given my mobile back..they are telling battery not changed yet..after contacting customer care they are telling your mobile work on this job sheet has been completed..dont know what to do...

the product was delivered three days prior to said date. thanks to flipkart. from the packing i can tell for sure it is a original product. the phone battery lasts nearly two days, thanks to 4000mah battery. so far it doesnt hang, doesnt overheat. ofcourse my experience is less than a week time.
on other side, it looks like a small size display. there are inbuilt softwares which gives notifications periodically. i hope i can solve it.
it is an excellent phone in this budget. quality is very good. i would strongly recommend to buy it.
