The TV was good while it lasted, which was just 5 months. Stopped working despite using a stabilizer (which in itself is bogus, as the TV has a wider voltage range). Adding insult to injury the service center took nearly a week to send a technician to inspect. Now he says it will take another 4 days to replace the board. Keeping my fingers crossed! BTW, the guy also said that the model was a failure!!!July 31st, 2017. I'm back again. THE TV is not fixed as yet. Will never buy another Micromax product. I guess you get what you pay for! Cheap product, scrappy service!!!Next stop consumer forum!

Giving 1star as there is no option to give zero start. Micromax is selling poor quality TV. I bought 32 inch LED TV on 15th Apr'17. On 25th Jun'17 it stopped working (just 2 months old). I raised complaint and service engg came and said that board needs to be changed and he will come with the board to replace. Nothing is done till date (25th Jul'17 - its a month now). I have called customer care 9 times and have written mail 4 times but every time i hear a false promise that it will be sorted in 2 days .. Feeling upset and regret for choosing micromax. Please dont do the mistake i did

Amazing for the price. Good audio quality. But here is the downside.I bought this TV to use as a monitor for my desktop as well as a TV. The TV works fine and videos play fine. From a distance the full HD gives you reach depth colors and everything seems fine. But when I get close to the screen to type and Email, the TV is horrible. The letters are distorted and do not feel right. Need to change the resolution to something like 1366 x 768 to even get close to some proper visibility. I am using a HDMI connection from an AMD graphics card. Checked and tuned all settings but same issue. Then I realised the problem was the TV itself. Got my 40" Samsung Smart TV and placed it in front of me. Text appears crystal clear even if I sit 1 foot away from the screen. But this one, I need to at least be 5 feet away for good visibility.But if you are going to use it as TV it is the best buy. This will be your best investment.

Was wary of buying micromax as i got a lot of negative reviews.But this product proved them all wrong. Been using it for almost two years now.I did my own research online and shortlisted this TV among others. Zeroed down to this as only this fit in our budget and included all the necessary features. . The colour ,sound is all good. The USB port Supports a 2 TB hard disk too. Can't be less satisfied. Thank u amazon and micromax
