Pros:- it has a good grip which helps in accurate movement of the iron over the clothes;- it feels light weight even after filling it up with water;- it has a 6 Amp plug so there is no need for a power socket; and- its steam function is impressive as creases are ironed out nicely.Cons:- it is difficult to see the water level because the reservoir is deep blue;- the pilot lamp is located on the inside under the handle and should have been placed on the outside for greater ease of checking it; and- it has a "self clean" function but I do not know how to operate it as the product was delivered without its manual. It was not provided in spite of requests to this effect.
