My initial seller, after three days of placing of order, gave up the deal. But Snapdeal find out a new seller, and new delivery date--but product researched with in the first delivery date itself -- through blue dart. Delhi to Trichy.

I am writing with great frustration with the careless and brain dead customer care service from Flipkart executives.
I ordered a LG Split 5 star AC on 25 May 2015, 12.12 AM which was delivered to me on 26 May, 2015 afternoon.
Therein we placed a request to flipkart asking them to provide only the LG technician for installation,
which they confirmed to send.
The installation guy came the next day and installed the AC for which he charged 2100.
The Ac cooling was marginally low and we thought it might be due to the scorching summer heat of Mumbai.
But in a week we realized that something is wrong with the AC Cooling and placed a complaint to LG on 6-6-15 and a
LG technician came to check the AC and informed us that the AC was not properly installed and there was a
loose nut connection done by the AC installation technician to its Cooling Gas, due to which the gas got leaked. The LG
technician then called the installation guy whose number was shared with us and he informed the LG technician that he was
from the flipkart AC installation team and not from LG.
We placed a complaint to flipkart on 7-6-15 asking them for a quick solution to our AC which is not in working condition,
due to the faulty installation by their installation technician and also questioned them why they didn't send us a
qualified
LG brand technician for installation which was earlier intimidated to them by us.
Flipkart just said sorry for the inconvenience caused and registered a complaint (Complaint no : 150607058471 ) which was
not attended in three days by them, when we called again on 9-6-15 they assured & informed us that the problem will be
solved by 10-6-15 by 6.30 pm.
Now by 10-6-15, past 6.00 pm no one is even called for the service and flipkart seems least bothered!
Update1: Again after calling customer service the Flipkart representatives added two more days to resolve the issue.
Update2: No follow-up even after second deadline i.e., 12th June 2015. Pathetic!!!!
Impressive AC with Reasonable Price

This is an cost effective AC(checked all the online and Retail Stores), Flipkart offer was good. However the guy from the LG customer Care suggested to buy from the retail store or showroom.
Thanks to Flip kart customer Care for excellent support - Delivery in two days and Installation in a Day and confirmation about the warranty details
Now coming to the technical details of this AC :
Pros:
1. Good for 100 to 150 SqFt room, and cools within 15 to 20 minutes
2. Thoughtful options in the remote control
Cons:
1.Indoor unit is bit noisy compared to other models
2.Connection pipes are not exactly 3M as advertised (this is the same in the retails shops also)
So far, it's only two days, not sure about the electricity bill , once i get that, will update the same
Good AC but horrendous installation service

The AC is good ...also the delivery from Flipkart was very impressive..got the AC within 2 days..but the installation guy who came from flipkart was horrible.Here goes the story..
1. The guy came 3 days after the AC delivery.
2. He did not know how to properly install an AC. Took 4.5 hours to install it yet wrongly fitted the machine and the locks.
3. Another guy came after 2 days (at 10 PM)...finished the installation and made my AC run but later I found out that there was a water leakage which he refused to test it after the installation because the installation was not done by him.
4. 2 days have already passed since then and no action from the company person. Each day they are promising to send a person to fix it but nobody comes.
So I am still unable to use the AC after 8 days from delivery...:(
I will suggest you all to arrange for the installation from the company itself. At least they will show some kind of responsibility.
Good AC with reasonable price

LG Nova Plus is a good AC and the price being reasonable in flipkart.
1. Simple design with basic features.
2. Cooling is faster. Good enough for 10X11 ft 1st floor room.
3. Delivery and installation done in a timely manner.
4. Product description is informative.
5. Cooling capacity of this AC is higher compare to other brands.

I have been using since past 4 months. Product works very well and I have not faced any issues. Electricity consumption is also not much. Thanks to Inverter technology.I reduced 1 star due to the followinga) Product Installation team - "Viveks" didn't respond. The worst. Spent Rs 3000 for installation and gas change.b) Amazon is worst in installation but Flipkart is awesome in this. Amazon should take serious step in installation.Attached Pics of AC and Voltage stabilizer (V-Guard VG 400 Voltage Stabilizer for upto 1.5 Ton AC (170-270 V))If you guys need any info please ask.

Its a decent AC but is not powerful do not go if you have a big room. Though the energy consumption isn't very high so yes pocket friendly.

Bought this from Amazon for Rs. 33990. Cooling is very fast and cools my 150 sqft room in under 10 mins. Some things to keep in mind.1. This product does not come with free installation. You will need to call LG Customer Care to book the installation and they charge Rs. 1720 if the product is purchased online.2. This product comes with 3 meter copper pipe.3. This product does not come with electrical wire to connect the indoor and outdoor units. Better to buy this is advance as LG engineers overcharge for everything.4. This product does not come with extra drain pipe. Better to buy this is advance as LG engineers overcharge for everything.5. If you have a concrete wall and it does not have a hole then LG engineers will charge upto Rs. 2500 for core cutting.6. You will also need to buy a stabilizer. I bought V-Guard VG400 for Rs. 1500. This model does not come with plug so you will need to buy that as well.7. You will also need to buy mounting brackets for outdoor unit. I purchase Jenefas-Heavy Duty Wall Mount for Rs. 725. LG engineers charge upto Rs. 1500 for local cheap quality wall mount.Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Ordered on 21st May, delivered the next day and installed on 23rd by LG service engineers. Good and quick service by Amazon and the Seller. Compared to market price it is cheaper on Amazon. Initially I hesitant to buy as it is a new model and there are no reviews, but the AC is good, cools quickly and working fine. Happy with the purchase.
