Got this laptop few weeks back. Great laptop, great spec at reasonable price. Would give 4+ stars for that. But bought it through a bad Seller 'jaincomp'. Did not send the bill with the dealers seal. So Lenova warranty is not applicable without dealers seal. Even after repeatedly calling the seller, he did not send me the sealed copy of the bill. Now Im using the laptop without warranty :( Bought many products through flipkart so far. This is my first worst experiance.
Flipkart should take actions against such bad sellers in future to protect the buyers.
If you are buying this laptop, please make sure you've the dealers seal in the bill.
Lenovo Budget Laptop with more storage capacity...!!!

I have bought this laptop from LENOVO Store with Rs30200 and I want to share my experience.
Pros:
1) with Core I3 4th Gen, 4GB Ram and latest KM player we can play 4K videos smoothly on this.
2)Though it came with DOS OS i have installed Win-8.1 till now it's amazing.
3)Battery life is bit low compared to Win-7
4)Screen clarity is one of the best things we can ever notice this HD LED.
5)Last but not least, it's a very very thin Laptop i have ever got at this price. Thanks to Lenovo SLIM Design.
Cons:
1)Audio output from the speaker is bit low.
2)Keypad is always bending when we are typing hardly,need to handle it as smooth as flowers.
3)It's hard to install another OS as it doesn't have it own BOOT Manager.
Finally @ this price it's a grab ur own piece and will never forget it's 1TB storage and it's ability to play 4K video's smoothly.

The laptops runs very well and from my perspective.Till now experience is good and no lags but pointer freezes some time and if u are in btw very important work. Rest everything is great.Pros :1. Awesome screen .2. Good Looks. Plastic material but looks metallic.3. Nice performance. No lags.4. Great configuration.Cons :1.sound Not as loud as it should be.2. Keyboard getting pressed down while typing.3. Battery is not great. Max 3 hrs on normal use. and if you want to play game or heavy work. ah... G..But u can't expect Plane at this rate. I got it at ~25+ rate.

So here i was in search of a basic laptop which can do the basic stuff correctly. I have been using this laptop for quite a long time now and can comment on the product more correctly :).PROS:* 1 tb storage - this is unlike most of the laptops in the same range which have 320 - 500 gb extra gbs means u dont have to carry ur hefty portable hdd everywhere.* design - its only 1 inch thick and that not only adds to the lightness but also to the aesthetic aspect of the product.*BATTERY BACKUP - a huge thumbs up in this department i have been constantly monitoring the battery back up and the results are quite amazing. the battery lasts for 4 hours easily with wifi on and casual web browsing, with hd videos and youtube playback it lasts for 3 .5 hrs which is quite godd.CONS- the build qulity is cheap :) hey but arent u paying less , so u wont get everything ;)video playback: while the onboard intel gc takes care in most areas it lags while playing 1080p or 2k videos , so if u are going by its large screen and video playback capabillities look no further and make another choice.OVERALL AWESOME PRODUCT GO FOR IT !!! Sharp edges. Inconsistent build quality.

I have a number of these G50 machines and they are all slightly different. With one exception. They all have sharp edges, right where you place your hands.The build quality of this model was slightly lower than the same model with an AMD cpu. This is the intel core i3 version.Note that it comes with DOS pre-loaded and a DVD with Windows 8.1 drivers. I don't know if this will work as we don't use that rubbish on our development machines.Ubuntu and Linux Mint install without issues.

The product is good. But unfortunately, I had to return it back. The seller Cloudtail sent me a laptop whose warranty had started 3 months back! and the touchpad buttons had problems. Full marks to Lenovo for a good product at a competitive price. But shameless seller. The Lenovo seal on the box was broken. It's just ridiculous! That too Cloudtail, one of Amazon's premium sellers.Update: Ordered a second time. Again the seal was broken and warranty activated 3 months back! I am finding this funny now. Seriously, how low can you get.Update: Ordered a third time. Found the lenovo seal intact, but not where it should be. I don't know what that is supposed to mean. Plus the warranty was again activated beforehand. Returning it again. The seller was Staples India.Laptop: Runs smooth for most of the tasks. Found the screen unimpressive. And the sound output very low. My Moto G has better speakers.

Been using it for three days. Laptop is slim as promised and sound quality is pretty nice. Battery life is not very good with windows but if you go for Linux it'll work for 5-6 hours. It runs Android Studio with a little lag and other heavy IDE's are working (just working). You can play Counter Strike on it but I'd recommend not to. It's not a gaming machine.The bag which came with Laptop is very good.Drivers dvd came in the package for windows. You might have to download some drivers for Linux.
