Keep it from getting wet. The slightest moisture and it stops working. If you take it to the Reliance Jip Service centre, they will tell you a strip inside the device has gone red which means it's your fault for wetting it and hence, no repairs or replacement. Therefore, be very careful about the moisture getting inside. This is my second one. The first one bought directly thru Jio which I had to throw away because of the moisture.

Awesome device. Its been approximately an year. I purchased this product last year on October 2017. Few lines from me. I am very much satisfied and this device well serve my need. I have a 4G enabled phone. But, I am comfortable to make use of this device. The net service get disconnected on other devices if I use the Jio SIM on phone. But, there are no interruption when using the SIM via Jio hotspot device. Sometimes I make use of it for 18hrs a day when I am away from home and working for office for constant 15 or more days. I connect two to three phone, two laptops. This works with no irruption. Speed is also fine. Sometimes I disconnect any device which is not in use and enjoy lovely speed on laptop for office work.
