First of all, I am posting my review after using this speaker for around 3 days of fair usage. Since this review is coming from a verified customer and not from the people below who posted their feedback without even purchasing it from Amazon. Amazon should definitely work toward this kind of practice, where people come and post whatever they want. I am highlighting this fact because this somehow confused me a bit while I was placing the order.SHIPMENTAt the time of writing this review, FLIP 4 is shipped from Amazon's global store (located in US). I ordered this speaker on 20th of Aug, and I got it on 1st September. For around 8 days, the shipment status kept on showing the same status, and only changed after I raised complaints, multiple times.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS:Before this speaker, I was having the Sony MHC-V6D, which I sold due to many reasons. The selection of this speaker was after a lot of research and thinking. Between Flip 4 vs JBL Charge 3 vs JBL Xtreme, I am very happy to choose this. The other two are bit expensive and were not matching my requirement of compactness. And since it has a Conenect+ feature which will allow me to connect all future JBL speakers, I opted for this to go for.This is one of the best sounding Bluetooth speaker one can have at this price range. Though its price should have been around 6k, the import fee and shipping fee contributed in its raised price. But frankly, it's worth the price you pay.1. This speaker comes in a nice packaging from JBL. So thumbs up for that.2. You will get one flat USB cable which is tangle free and is similar to other USB chargers. So you can easily charge this device from your mobile phone chargers or a battery bank.3. I have charged it once and the battery indicator still showing full, even after mild usage in past 3 days.4. The device turns on/off just with a single press of the power button. And it turns on with a nice sound.5. I have tested the range of this device. And it just blew my mind with its incredible range. I tested this device connection on my MacBook Pro and iPhone and I was not able to break its connection at any given corner of my 2bhk apartment. It just sounds flawless.6. I tested call quality as well, and the incoming and outgoing voice clarity is excellent. No echoing or voice muffling at all.7. Volume up/down and play button works great.8. Right now I have connected 2 devices at once and music can be played from any.9. Rugged build quality. The texture of the grill is made of knitted fabric, and rest body is made of superior quality rubberized material.10. All buttons are tactile and can be easily accessed. Water proof is another plus.SOUND QUALITY:1. Superb High and Mid levels.2. Bass is just at the sweet spot. Not too bland and not too fat. But it won't let you hungry for it as well. It has got good bass.3. If you are a party animal, don't expect this to rock your world. It is not going to make everything boom boom. Expect this to sound that everyone in your family will love to listen.4. I am quite surprised how this palm size speaker can fill an entire living area with its sound. For a medium size room, this will sound more than enough.5. Since this speaker has two speakers inside, you will get a stereo effect. Sounds brilliant if you listen to it from near. Try listening "Kahanibaaz" on Gaana App and you will be amazed by its quality.Overall I will definitely recommend people to go for this without thinking much. If you want to have a compact and great sounding bluetooth speaker, go for it. You will not regret.

Delivery services - Totally not satisfied. Had to collect on road, (although on the same date) after office hours in-spite of Office Address set. Had to set up regular calls to Amazon support for getting that. I have been waiting for so long to get this. Actually i planned to buy jbl charge 3 due to itz awesome bass and floating ability but itz bit heavy and not so handy. I think charge 3 is limit of a portable bluetooth speaker.im a guy who loves hangout with friends a lot. So music is a must for us. Thats why i planned to buy a mid range bluetooth speaker compared to my old pocket bluetooth speaker. So when portability is a fact, i choose flip4. And guys it won't disappoint me. Itz a cool deal i think. The highs are better, the mids are ok i think and the base first im not get impressed (good base is there) but when i listen more.. OMG its too.. Good... When we place the speaker in corner the beast mode get active.. I love that punchy base with clear highs and decent mid with enough loudness to fill up a medium sized room. The build quality is goood and the battery back up.after it get fully charged i used that for about 6hrs and now too 4 led charge inticator lights remaining.anyway i love this little beast. My friend make a comment on this "portable mini home theater" i think flip 4 deserve that.
