This set has undergone 5 problems since I bought it 8 months back. Firstly, the plastic quality is bad and the joint near the mixer-grinder neck cracked shortly after we started using it. Secondly, the safety release on the mixer-grinder side started acting up - and now its permanently stuck in the 'on' position defeating the safety purpose it was put in for. About 5 months back, the rubber gasket on the chutney jar withered away and had to be replaced at a cost from the local repairer (since its made of rubber). Later, the belt drive started wobbling, and I had to check it in for repairs at a dingy place and leave it over for a couple of days. Apparently, bad design did it in - the retaining nut and washer on the belt drive pulley are made of plastic, which melts when the motor heats up. Now, the mixer-grinder jar has its coupler come off lose and break away - ostensibly again due to its quality of plastic.Not for Indian kitchens - I have wasted my money, you dont please!

Inalsa Wonder Maxie Plus Food Processor is really a good product and it works as shown in the accompanying DID. We have used this food processor for grating, slicing certain vegetables, cutting potatoes for French fries, grinding urad dal, dosa mix, etc. The machine has, so far, worked very well. But, today, to our dismay, we found that the polycarbonate cover of the cutter/atta-kneader/grinder has developed cracks, how and why we don't know. If Amazon helps us get a replacement for the said cover/lid from the manufacturer/dealer then we would give Inalsa Wonder Marie Plus Food Processor a 5 Star rating.

I had purchased Inalsa Wonder Maxie Plus 700-Watt Food Processor a few months back, and I've overall good experience.Here are my observations:1. The Inalsa Wonder Maxie Plus 700-Watt Food Processor was delivered on time.2. Its packaging was satisfactory. I didn't have any complaint.3. The product looks as attractive as in pictures on Amazon.4. We have been using it primarily for grinding spices and onion/garlic/chutney almost on a daily basis, and We didn't face the issue in using it. I felt that operating this product is easy if I compare it with my last food processor.5. They could have provided a cleaning pad for cleaning rotator or edges. [I know the companies don't provide it along with the food processor; it is a suggestion]6 The product is as per my expectation, and I don't have any complaint as such.7. A suggestion for all the food processor companies: Please think about proper slotted stand for arranging accessories. It is tough to rummage through the big food processor box.Verdict: Good product
INALSA has failed my expectations

I had purchased Inalsa Food Processor (450 W) in 1992 when it was introduced in market. After a 23 year long useful service, the food processor has now finally broken down. Ignoring users' reviews about poor quality of the plastic, I have again purchased this Inalsa Wonder Maxie Plus 700-Watt Food Processor which is delivered today. Compared to my old piece, the new one lacks the quality - poor fit and finish, rough edges and cheap plastic. The power chord is flat and thin with flimsy two-point plug which is not suitable for 700 W power and compromises the safety. The older one has round thicker power chord with three-pin plug for much lower power machine. With the advent of modern manufacturing technology and availability of materials of enhanced quality, I expected a much better and improved product. However, in these times of competitive market Inalsa has disappointed me.
My suggestion not to purchase this product, you will not get service or their parts is also not avialable in the market

One of the bad thing I purchased from amazon is this, after six month it started giving problem and now its not working at all. There is no proper response from customer service after frequently calls. They just simply say "they wont provide any service to this area." Even if you try to fix the problem with local mechanics you will not get any parts. Better not to buy this.
