I ordered this after reading all the reviews and its amazing specs, but this is the problem with crappy brands, if you are lucky they'll work for a year, and if not, won't even last even an hour. ONE MAJOR FACT : even though it is a 16 GB (actual 12.5 gb) model, only 1 GB of space is alloted for apps and games, rest of the space is for your media content (which one of the other buyer has also mentioned,but i regretfully ignored), I downloaded 1 gb of apps and games and device alerted that "device is out of memory", I mean,whats the point of those 12 GB's, if we can't fill it with games and apps, for media content we can any day put a micro sd card in it, its the games and apps that need internal storage, coz, they can't be downloaded or moved to external micro sd card. So this tab is eqaul to a 4GB model (even 4 GB model has atleast 1.5 GB space in it for apps and games), in that sense, even Rs.10,195 is costly for this tab P.S.: I bought this because, I have samsung tab 2 GT-P3100 and was fed-up with its performance, it is sluggish like hell and crashes and lags, but atleast it WORKS !!!! STILL !!!! , BRAND is a BRAND, MORAL : never go for a cheap unbranded stuff

It is a great tablet with a good speed and great picture quality. It could be connected through wifi broadband and have a satisfactory download speed. Even download with a 2G Sim is good. But only problem is battery. It is getting drained after couple of hours of browsing. and charging time is more than 5 hours.

I got charging problem after one month usage, service center guys are saying. It was unable to soldering on the board, so u need to replace the board with our own expenses. That board is equal to tab cost. If we talk any thing they are not in a situation listen also. With this experience, today on wards I am going to avoid I-Ball products. Finally service center, solved the charging issue for short time not fixed permanently(In this case thanks to technician for short time :P).
