Have been using this for a few weeks and am very glad with the purchase. The removable plates feature is simply awesome and keeps this so clean. Very convenient to use and out grilled sandwiches come out just perfect.

I bought the toaster with many expectations but it has turned out to be a disappointment. The sandwiches get stuck to the plates most of the times unless one smears the plates and bread with lots of oil/butter. Even then one can't be sure. Very disappointed.
