Its a wonderful product. At first I could not configure(though its very simple), I tried reaching their online support which is handled from outside India. But after that I found out that I could get the support from India on phone and remote desktop help too. The executive from IFI homes called me up and gave all the help and explained the very simple mistake that I was doing.This camera has a very good resolution and clarity. I am using it without any problem. I can monitor my office from anywhere in the world. with audio.The alarm recording feature with custom schedule option is a very good feature.picture quality 5/5audio 3/5connectivity 5/5Infrared 5/5pan tilt 5/5software 5/5Its a user friendly IP cam. and a very good after-sales support from IFI homes.

Helps me keep a tab on activities at home, while I am out
1. Have nanny at home with kids, and this camera helps me to watch activities in real time on my phones with voice - amazing feature
2. My parents quite liked when I showed them live birthday party of my kid at home, as they live in a different city (skype is too complicated)
3. It can record and get alerts on your email (I thought such products were only available in western world with warranties)
4. Allows recording on a flash drive
Effectively a great product for a mid segment with qualities and features of high segment product

i received tis camera and tried to install my self ( I know nothing about computers) I could not do it my self. thankfully I sent email to their support and Amit called from their support and helped me he was fast and efficient and now my camera works!!!!!!!

Amazing Picture Quality

This is the far best camera i have bought and very happy to rate it best. It has got great audio and video quality (using it indoor for monitoring my showroom)
I had bought similar type of wifi cameras of other Chinese brand and was very disappointed with the quality. In fact initially it worked okay but as the months passed the quality reduced to just blurred image and started to see ghost shadow around for anyone moving around the camera. I had to write off my investment on that purchase. After much of google and study on various site i learnt similar problem faced by others and suggestion to buy foscam because of its video quality and software support.
I am happy to see it available on flipkart and that too with support and warranty. I bought this and got a great local support. I would tell everyone not to go behind cheaper camera and waste their money like i got trapped.
Worth the money paid, liked picture quality and moving the focus from my mobile

Though I would call this camera a bit high in price, but its worth paying for it. I am using it to keep an eye on my factory using my mobile while I am out for any business meeting. I am getting picture through email of any movement in and out of store room and feel secure of the inventory kept there. Good part is I could also hear what is happening around apart from seeing.
Worth the purchase, as just couple of camera were enough for me to secure my premises and do not need non working/old and complex CCTV anymore
