totally useless product. very fragile

totally useless product. very fragile, one piece came broken from amazon. it was replaced. this new one with a small impact the body broke. eureka forbes does not have parts or body for it. so what does one do. even against payment they are unable to do anything. eureka forbes says it an old model if so why they are selling it. from eureka forbes to amazon, everyone is responsible for this problem. why sell an out of date product, which cannot be serviced at all.
Only worked for 5 minutes. Thats it. Complete waste of money.

Got the product in expected time. Packing was good and intact. Gave it to my wife. She used it after 2 weeks for the first time. It ran only for five minutes and then stopped. And that's it. Complete waste of money. Now we need to run around d for service. What a waste. Please do not buy this product.

It is difficult to get cyclone based vacuum cleaners in India. Dyson is not available; Black and Decker doesn't have service centres in many places. This is the next best choice. Good for small apartments. If you are looking for a good one for your home, better go with Black& Decker.

The product is very good. I have used it non stop for more than 30 mins.... Suction power is good... Blower is average.... But not happy with the low quality plastic used for accessories.... Eureka forbes needs to improve on it.... Over all a good bag less vacuum cleaner.

During assembly of the eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner, one of the plastic parts broke. the design of the product is not up to mark. I wish they replace this part and make improvements on the quality of the plastic used. I have used American vacuum cleaners before and this product is nowhere near that quality. Bad Design.
