This was the first laptop I bought online and I was very apprehensive at first. But it was a good deal and I decided to go for it. It's been a couple of months now since I got it and I decided to put it through its paces before I put a review. The laptop performs very well. No problems so far. I don't game at all so cannot comment on that. It handles typical computing work quite easily: email, browsing, word, excel, etc. Videos play nicely and display is quite good and vibrant. All in all a very good machine. But the same thing can't be said of the packaging. The package arrived half torn and half open and my heart sank, thinking that the laptop wouldn't have survived such a beating. But it did and now only time will tell how long it will last...
