I have been using this laptop for over 2.5 years now and it is running smoothly with excellent performance. I run heavy programs like photoshop, in design etc. for almost all day and yet the performance is outstanding. It doesn't slow down and has never hung in the last 2.5 years. I am a heavy user, working on the laptop for at least 16 hours a day. You can imagine the heavy-duty this laptop has been on!

Got a replacement from Dell. However, had to wait for 2 months.
Value for money except for the indicator lights on status of Laptop.

The product is actually a value for money. I even got a Dell laptop bag with this product which wasn't informed in the portal. They indicators lights are not useful as my previous Dell laptop, hence don't know whether the laptop is actually ON, status of Wifi, Charging etc.
