Bought at 73k with offers, After a Month use here is my review,
Pros:
Quick boot and shutdown time where good
Big screen doesn't feel 15inch like 19inch
Backlight key board
Auto brightness adjust
Cons:
Heats some time not regular
Page up and down, Home and End keys combined with Arrow navigation keys doesn't go well. I mean Key board can be more better.
Wish i would get with touch, have a key to mute mic,
Very Good

So this review is after 6 months and i would like to say, this is just an okay type machine, not worth its price, its best for just net surfing, some office suite work, movies and multimedia thats it, dont expect gaming on this, but yes just for normal use its pretty fast, and the biggest problem this machine hangs, it gets stuck on any window, anytime and after that you have too hard boot the machine, you can not even open task manager and the only option remains is hard boot......

This is a strictly work laptop and not a play laptop. Kindly keep that in mind before buying. After 6 months of heavy usage [15 hours a day online switching between 40 tabs and several windows, conference calls, gaming (COD, CS, DOD, etc.), media usage, etc.!], here's my review:
PROS
-Lightning quick shutdown, restart, wake up etc.
-Superfast response
-Smooth flowing interface, switching b/w windows is seamless
-Handles multi-tasking really well, 8 gigs of RAM and the 8th gen chip work together to give a really cool experience (I work on up to 40 tabs in one go and it handles all that smoothly)
-Premium looks, will arrest attention wherever you use it, since the design is copied from Macbook
-Medium weight, not really light weight, but lighter than most in this segment
CONS
-Heating issues are a major problem. The laptop, despite BIOS updates, continues to suffer from heating issues. A little bit of gaming or a long video call and you can fry eggs -on the laptop surface, that's how hot it gets. You cannot play heavy games like PUBG on this one, no way. Even CS 1.6 gets the temperature boiling on this one and that will surely affect laptop life. So if you keep playing too much on it, the laptop life will be shortened.
-At times, the screen just freezes, and this is within 6 months so you be the judge on what quality Dell has put in, this is sad but I've seen a lot of new laptops do this.
-Poor battery backup, if you want this laptop to last for 4 hours or so, it has to be on office work alone, and you have to turn down the brightness or switch to battery saver mode. Forget gaming and media usage, it will kill the battery in less than 2 hours. Again, a sad return from a 70k investment, Dell has compromised battery for the thin design.
When you buy a premium product like this one, you expect a lot more, especially in terms of battery.
When it comes to work and work alone, this laptop will not disappoint you at all. Except for the battery backup which should've been much better. But when you come to the 'play' part, this one is a disappointment. I love its seamless performance when I work on it and that is the only reason I haven't sold it yet. Only if they had a better battery I would be content telling myself that I purchased a work only laptop which performs best when compared to heavyweights.

The product arrived in perfect condition. There was just too much packing for the laptop to get damaged. Great job by Flipkart on that.
Coming to the product, I think it's one of the best buys in this range. I tried multiple combinations of specifications and the price you pay for them and this is as best as it gets.
The laptop works like a charm with the 8th gen i5. The keyboard and the metal body all in all has a great feel to it.
I would definitely recommend going for this if you're in the price range.

Bought this laptop few days back. Have been using this laptop for a week now. The laptop boots very fast coz of ssd.. Battery backup is ok not very good. This laptop series has crackling sound issue which comes from thw speakers while playing music which can be resolved (nt sure whether Microsoft to be blamed for this or Dell). The issue keeps creeping and you will have to search for a solution on dell community or contact dell suport for it. Else laptop works fine.
