As it was the problem with DELL after getting the confirmation from DELL about the defect , Flipkart replaced the laptop .

I purchased this laptop from flipkart. Delivery was very fast but the product was very cheap. When i ordered this laptop, it was 30 days return policy from flipkart. But suddenly these cheaters they change the policy from 30 days to 10 days.My laptop stop working after 12th day of purchase. Service from Dell was also not that good. The engineer was not aware of the problem. They were doing some hit and trial method to solve the issue. In the end, dell was ready to replace the whole laptop. The entire process took one month. Dell service was still fine. But these flipkart people they are cheaters. It's a cheap company. Never ever purchase anything from here. Very bad experience. Better go and purchase directly from market or order from some trusted company like Amazon. Flipkart people you are cheap and disgusting.
And i don't want any of yours coupon to review this purchase because i am not going to purchase anything from you in future.

Brought this laptop during big billion day by exchanging it with my 6 year old laptop. I got this 3558 laptop for 29k after all discounts.
Pro's:
1. Good hardware specs at this price range.
2. Since it is with i5 (5th Gen), all most all programs run smoothly and is good for multi-tasking.
3. Crisp display. Good for HD games and photo editing.
4. Laptop is light weight and slim.
5. I got a battery backup of 3.5-4 Hrs with normal usage (internet browsing). And it takes around 1 Hr for full recharge.
6. Speaker quality is good. But I was expecting little more.
7. Keyboard quality is good.
Con's:
1. Body is more plastic. Build quality is average.
2. No VGA output port.
3. No back-lit keyboard.
4. No laptop bag provided.
The laptop comes with 2 DDR3L RAM slots. I guess it can be upgraded to 16GB.
So Overall, a good laptop. Worth the price.
