I got the product two days back.Everything is working fine as of now. I am thrilled to have it (my kids too). I started with a smoothie. Y'day after coming from office I tried making Roti dough, it came out pretty good, took less than a minute, really. Saved a lot of work and time. Then I made a cake batter using the blade one, came out good, no issues. Yet to try other things. But I am sure it will do what it says. I am looking forward to the chores.Pros: Really saves time. Good companion of a woman/man, who has less time to do (home)works.Cons: So far nothing (only two days experience), may be the cleaning/washing part :-- Jokes apart, I would say it is expensive compared to other choices, even the deal price.Well, now its been 4 months, two days back I found that the safety system (green light turns to red and the machine will not work after 1-2 minutes of idleness, we should press the top again to came it green and active) has failed, it doesn't turn red after few minutes of idleness. I have reduced the srating to 3 star (previously it was 5). From other reviews it can be seen that it cannot be repaired. Mine is still working, so no big problem, yet.

Honestly, I liked the product. The sad part is on my 3rd usage, the Knob got broken, Warranty is mentioned as 1 year. None of the shops and the best repairer I contacted in my area are able to get this knob. Because of this, I am unable to use this product. Tried to contact Braun Dealers in Bangalore. They too are helpless. I will not recommend any body to purchase this product for non-availability of service from Braun. Since the return policy of Amazon was just expired the day before, the knob got broken, I could not return the product.

I got this for my mom for her birthday. This four piece appliance is just the right size for average kitchen jobs. The comfort grip handle is a one hand operation, the more you press, the higher the speed. Well made and easy to clean. After reading reviews on different brands, this was a standout. An excellent purchase.

Bit costly but great product. Good Quality and great set of attachments. Easy to use, i prepared dough in it and it came out superb :)Bought it in lightning deal but still it cost around 6k, but you can definitely buy it as it is a top quality product. There are other products also from Braun which will come in lesser price but they will have less attachments.

a fantastic mini processor or quick blender.. been using Braun for years and they just keep getting better and better.. i dont enjoy using any other mixer / grinder..just not got the hang of opening the lid easily..what is not clear is of i can buy the juicer as a separate attachment now that i have this model - surely i'm not expected to buy the whole set again to get the juicer variant?maybe amazon or braun can shed some light on this
