Done a market study before making this purchase. Lot of machines comes with lot of technical features like anti rust coating ,bubbles, etc (Most of them are just marketing words). But this machine have most the features to wash the cloths. Most of the sales persons told me that this machine is not good because this is not produced in Germany. They are promoting machines produced in Korea and China. So don't listen to them . Once you made the purchase, you cannot go back and complain about the product. Pros: Solid build quality with heavy gauge aluminium/steel. No vibrations or moving around in all wash cycles Easy to use; no complicated choices; single dial selects the program. you can tweak it to change spin speed and water consumption. Useful 15/30 minute wash cycle for everyday washing before we hurry up to office. Good clean looks. Cleanliness depends on the type of wash program selected. Don't use 15/30 min wash cycle for highly soiled cloths. Runs very quite. So they have beep sound indicator to inform you that wash cycle is completed. Uses less water. Uses less than hand wash. Less power consumption. My electricity bill reduced by 5-10% (with the replacement of old ) Warranty on motor for 10 years. 2 Years complete warranty for the machine. Cons: Very Expensive. But quality of product and wash gives an explanation for this price. Very Heavy. So not easy to move around. The User Manual gives only important information about functions and procedures. Not much explanations, cautions.

Bosch and Siemens have almost identical models in each category, both are same- well almost. 10K stands for 1000 rpm in the series, 12K stands for 1200 rpm. Service engineers are the same for both Siemens and Bosch and service is not at all a problem. Warranty is also same as Bosch. Siemens is placed above Bosch worldwide in terms of branding. The reason I went to Siemens. 1. The electronic panels are of Siemens and Siemens are known to be very reliable in electronics, almost all medical equipment i have seen are either Siemens or GE lasting easy lifetime in most of the case. 2. Sensory based system 3. Build quality is better than Bosch, one of my friend has the same model in Bosch. 4. The call center was better equipped than Bosch, when i inquired the difference, Siemens folks were very handy and helpful The most important thing about this machine is, it is super silent, cleans cloth really well, programs are very simple and helpful. If you are a kind of "do it yourself guy" please read the simple manual completely. The drum is locked with a bold from behind and has to be removed first (4 of them) before operating. Very happy with the product!

Build quality is solid, user interface is simple & easy to operate. Before buying ensure that you have clear space of 700mm x 700mm x 900mm(H), a 16A switch socket near to the space, a drain for machine and 3/4" theaded water tap very near to machine. Water pipe is hardy 1.5m.Overall good, highly recommended for buying....!
