Installation is not so expensive courtesy Flipkart. Bluestar provides all the necessary copper wires and power cable in the kit. It is bit noisy but that is tolerable

The product has been delivered on scheduled day and has been installed within 2 days.
The person who came for installation surrendered that he do not have much knowledge on the functionalities of the particular model to provide a demo, at least to let me know the remote features and requested to ask Flipkart to arrange for the same.
As directed, I raise a ticket in Flipkart but didn't get any fruitful action being taken from their end for next 15 days.
Meanwhile I was only able to switch on / off the ac along with adjusting the temperature. I really need to understand rest of the features for which demo was necessary. Even I noticed that switching the AC off from the remote doesn't stop the ODU which you can find on other's comment as well.
Losing all the hopes, I had to finally raise my concern to Mr. Bansal, on response of which I received repeated calls for the resolution. Finally two experts have been sent on my residence who briefed me the functionalities very well and also resolved the immediate stop of ODU unit from switching off by remote. It was only a wrong connection being made by the installers who came first time which has been corrected and it all goes well.

Flipkart delivered it in less than 24 hours, great job.
Good quality ODU unit, remote is also very good (almost amongst all brands). IDU looks a bit cheap and made in PRC but all other brands are not different either.
Their customer care center is good but their service center people are not supportive.
Overall a good buy.

I received the AC the very next day of ordering. Great job Flipkart. But my ordeal starts from there. Blue star outsources their installation and servicing to some ESA Cooling. These people are the least professional service providers. I got a call that a technician will come and install the AC on the next day but the guy never showed up. On calling their number they say your phone was unreachable( I received calls from a lot of people that day nothing wrong with my phone) so they will send some one next day. Later during the day on calling again they say that the guy is still working somewhere and since its already dark they will come the next day. So its 4 days and the AC is still in its box. Finally on the fifth day the guy shows up, at his convenience( i had to run home from the office to make sure i am there), installs the AC and leaves. After that i realize that the outdoor unit does not turn off when i use the remote to switch off the AC, i have to manually switch off the main. I call the guy immediately and he assures me that it will be rectified the next day. Two days go by following up but no one shows up. I finally have to call the blue star call center where they ask me to take it up with the SELLER. Why would i call the seller if the installation guy messed up and there is nothing wrong with the unit. Terrible service on part of blue star.

Nice product. But noise is annoying. Cooling was awesome in the beginning but after few months it's normal slow cooling. But after service cooling is awesome again and vise versa.

Everything is fine... Product delivered on time.
Shipment was packed with lot of care.
Regular updates on the transit of product.
Installation took place on time.
Only point to be deducted is for inconvenient timing of visit of installation personal and improper communication.. Where they did not tell about keeping a photocopy of the bill and arrangements of white cement for blocking the extra hole around the pipes... Therefore I had get the photocopy done from a distant store at a very odd time and jamming of the extra holes could not be done due to non availability of white cement.. Which is causing leakage of rain water. And to block this extra cost I have to incur is 500 rupees.

3. AC inner units LED stopped working on its second day.

Bluestar peformance is very good, installation was too perfect, gets your room cool in just 30 mins, but i recommend to go with 1.5 ton always.
