This was one of the best offer that I made use of. I paid just 4.5K for this good looking phone which is best in all the terms and functions well for the past 6 months of buying. The phone came was a manufacturer provided back cover, damn useful. But this cover makes the phone slightly high weight. If you remove this you can feel a lot of weight is reduced. I am not a heavy user of phone, so there is no problem at all. The only negative may be the camera. The camera quality is not so great nor it looks like an 8MP cam. Day capture is neat, but nights are worse. Even you can see the screen flickering. That is bad really. But again thinking of the price, this phone is too much actually. Nice one. Please do not ask about the service center for this phone, I did not find anything in my city, Chennai. Also there was no need to look for, so far.

I bought the phone in Oct 2015It worked quite well for some 3 months...Then crashed...No service centres in my locality (Ranchi)No support from amazon or cloud tail even third party personelles failed.A total waste of my money and to think Its just a software malfunction one that can be repaired so easily in a repair shop.Useless warrenty.

Now this a long term review the phone works fine.after a 11 months of usage the phone suddenly froze, the touch and navigation buttons were unresponsive. after goolge-fu i discovered that it is a common issue with all Blu Windows models, i flashed the new update and i worked for few days but then it froze again. cannot re-flash using windows tool as latest was already installed .contacted the company ( noida office ) via email no response.A V O i D.

It's such a pleasure shopping at Amazon.For Blue Win HD LTE:The Major Issue that triggered me to return the phone after a week's use: BATTERY LIFEFirst of all, the battery was not removable. Warranty is void if removed. The phone came with about 70% charge and I started configuring as soon as I received it. The charge lasted for 4 hours and then it was about 10% or so. When I plugged it in, it took a good 2 hours to go from about 10% to 20%. I was patient and thought it need a full 8 hour charge. So I did that over the night, it did reach 100% charge by morning.I use 4G for my office emails, the sole reason for buying a windows phone. From full 100% battery, it drained down in just 3 hours on 4G which was a huge disappointment. Another issue that I noticed was that the battery would drop from about 40% to critically low suddenly. This unpredictability was not for me and I knew I had to return this. Also, the battery would get hot on usage of 4G.Another issue with the phone was the camera, it has pathetic camera for a 8MP. Lumia's 5MP takes far better pictures than this.Other than battery, camera and heating issues, the phone looks stunning for the price point and does not feel cheap at all. It has a very premium look. It could be a good deal for someone who does not use internet through out the day but for people on 4G I would not recommend it. I am not sure how long the battery lasts if it's on 3G or 2G.

Good phone but the charger is not upto mark.pro.1. good screen.2. smooth operation in normal use. only problem when many windows are open.3. looks good, the cover provided is helpful in protection.con.1. for few months ok but now charge showing is negative- as the charging is done the indication goes 50 to45 to30% etc.on restarting it shows the correct charge.2. promised windows 10 is nowhere in sight, don't know if it will get it or not.3. where are the service centres?
