I've been using it for about 6 months now. No issues so far. It does get heated up after 10-15 minutes, but since I bought it mainly to vacuum the sofas, I don't use it for very long any way so it's fine for me. If you want to use it to vacuum the whole house, you may have to wait for a bit while it cools down.It's a little cumbersome to clean because there's no bag inside so you have to wash the whole box inside every time. The filter also has to be removed and washed, and the way the dust compartment opens is a little odd in that if you open it with a jerk, all the dust falls out.The plug isn't suitable for Indian sockets, so I had to buy a conversion plug for that. I haven't required more.

Its an okay product for the price. Has couple of disadvantages.1. The lock that puts the rod/handle with the vacuum is thin and comes off easily which makes the handle stay in your hand while the machine falls on the floor. Bad design i cud say, it should be on top instead of below.2. The machine auto stops once it over heats and if you continuously use for like 20 mins it is gonna get off. You need to keep turning it off every 10 mins for say 30 sec-1 min (the time you need to shift chairs/or connect a diff plug).

It works great. It is lightweight and easy to store. It doesn't make any more noise than other vacuums.The filters are easy to clean. It has to be cleaned regularly.It is a good purchase.Note to company / importer - Kindly sell foam filter replacements for this model on amazon.com. Also, please sell other / newer models of Bissell Featherweight Lightweight Stick Vacuums with their filter replacements.

At a time you can operate hardly 10 mind, after that it automatically switches off, as motor gets heated soon. You have to wipe number of times to remove simple dust, so it is bogus. Conventional way using jharu and Mopping is much much better. Also it can not remove dust if it is bit sticked to floor. So really no use for me.
