The most pathetic product and the worst customer service ever.No one helped from amazon to Bajaj to take care of this product.Last product I have used for 20 years from Panasonic and trust me we know how to use our appliances. But this once twice got stuck and never got fixed.As I write this, it’s sitting at bajaj work shop. The staff was so rude that he was not ready to talk. They saw the issue but would not replace it and just keep pushing the jar hard to remove it, finally broke into pieces and then give just a new jar whereas the entire product is faulty, the design is faulty. They need to change my entire food processor and give me something else.I will not buy this again. Bajaj never again. Tried an indian product first time and that’s it. Poorest communication and unprofessional team ever seen.Regarding amazon, for a product like this, I would like to see assistance from amazon to get a replacement for such bad pieces, which means in future I would buy but very carefully.

Our both jars has been self cracked from bottom center where the blades are fixed.. service center guy has visited to our place, took a pic of it and then no updates .. surprise Bajaj gives this type of response for the products which are important in kitchen in daily requirements of cooking..
can they replace them or we have to just use it as it is with lickage..

Worst food processor!!

I ordered the processor on Flipkart on 22nd May and it was delivered on 24th. Very quick delivery from Flipkart.
Coming to the food processor, I just used the processor twice for kneading dough and the motor got so heated that the plastic spindle (worst quality plastic) melted and stuck to the motor. There is no way that it will come out now. I have to contact Bajaj customer care and see what they say, but I would advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from this food processor. It's a total waste of money. I feel I should have put in a few bucks more and bought a good quality one. I wonder why Bajaj makes such products. Do they even test what they manufacture?
