A most important part needed for citrus juicer named spindle extension type B without which you cant make orange juice seems to be missing but its not!! actualy its hidden in the thermocol!! check each nd every piece of thermocol before u dispose it off!! Also the delivery came to me almost after a week

The product has been delivered at my address on time. I am using the product and have not found any problem yet. I would like to thank Flipkart for this. However, I would like to say that presently I am using the product with the help of the manual given with this. But still I am facing some problem while using this food processor, as I am not aware of the application of all the other items given with the product. So it would be better if Flipkart will arrange someone from Bajaj to send my address to show at least a demo for this product. Another thing is that, the Guaranty card does not contain any sign / stamp of the retailer and I fear if it will be considered as valid one in future (when required) without signed and stamped.

Hi Snapdeal Team, Thanks for delivered the product in on-time. Few days back, I have received an "Bajaj FX7 food processor". For demo purpose I have requested Bajaj support Team. They came to my home and told there is no free demo and 2 years warranty for the product if we purchase in Snapdeal. We really shocked with that news. I would like to know, * What is the fact about my above information ? * What kind of guaranty will you give to customers ? * If there is no warranty or guaranty to the products available in snapdeal, then what is the purpose of giving warranty card. Please consider my request as a high priority and get back to me ASAP. If above information is true which was told by Bajaj demo team then I will think for returning the product to you. If above information is wrong, Please send one good Bajaj demo person(who can give nice demo without asking for money) to home with in 2 working days. this bajaj food processor is superb it comes with all in one fuctions. i dont need to purchase seprate juicer mixer grinder after buying this food processor it have lots of function like mixing grinding juicing it also user friendly. every body can easily assist it very simple to guide any body. easy to clean easy to install. and looks attractive. much needed product for every kitchen every house wife will love it
