please amazon customers dont buy this. its bad. the very big problem is its hanging really badly. you can do nothing with this one. cant even play music. the battery is too poor that i am charging it 4 times a day. i dont know whether i should use it in any different way to get the songs played or to see a video. getting stuck and have to wait till the battery getting fully discharged. 128mb ram is better than this 2gb. i am a fan of amazon, i hope you should not list this product and put an option for 0 star. dont wast your money,,, dont take risk it will not work....

I brought this Tab with Audio Cover on offer which was nearly 45% discount last month (18-21 Dec Flipkart offer). My usage was mainly accessing Internet which the Tab very much serves. So here are my observations on the Tab so far. - The Tab is quick in accessing apps, with 2GB RAM doing the trick. - The WiFi reception is good and internet from 3G Sim too was fair like any other 3G Smartphones. The tab supports only 2G/3G. - The UI is the best among the rest with lots of customisation like any other Asus smartphones. - The build quality is top notch and doesn't feel cheap. - The Camera is decent. But who will use a Tab to record or capture stuffs? - The 7 inch screen is good for watching movies and with Audio Cover attached, the sound is crystal clear and loud enough to be heared from any corner of the room. The screen pixels could have been better. The icons feel pixelated slightly if you are so much used to 5+ inch smartphones. The brightness could have been better. I wonder why Asus compromises on Brightness across its Products (Phone/Tab) - The tab however heats up on prolonged usage at a stretch. The Intel Chipsets are known for that. Snapdragon SoC would have done better Job here. So strictly no for High end games this one. - On my usage so far, I encountered screen hung and going black on Whatsapp usage and subsequent restart of the tab. This occurred twice so far. Not occurred with other apps yet. - Touch response is slightly delayed or unnoticed at times by the Tab. - The battery drains faster on long usage. It probably lasts only half a day with normal usage. Use of WiFi is advisable over 3G sim for internet, the battery lasted better with WiFi than 3G. That also reduced heating of the Tab. What Asus could have done to make this the Best Tab. - Audio cover reverse charging the Tab could have done wonders. the 3450 mah battery of Audio cover could have added with 3450 mah of the Tab in case we run out of battery in Tab. The 8 inch tab from Asus provides this facility, but 7 inch does not. - Making Power Case (Extra Battery Case back cover) available in India. Unfortunately its not. That could double up the entertainment with additional battery cover on. - 4G LTE support. Available only on 8 inch Model. and' Model supports only 3G. - Snapdragon instead of Intel. This Tab is worth buying if we get huge discounts like the one I got. For the price without those offers on normal days, it is costly for the few cons it has. Thanks, Venky

Not to the expectation. 1. Tab goes off power frequently. You keep on trying to wake-up the device, only to realize that your tab is dead and you have switch it on again. 2. Bad response for double tab/power button.. you have to try multiple times to wake up the device. 3. The screen doesn't unlock,once you are done with voice-call. You have to use power button to wake the device up again to disconnect the call. Pathetic. My first tab and Asus has disappointed. I have seen my friends using phones.. so trusted the brand. There is 30 day replace warranty, but they will only replace the device which you have start over again. Looking at other people's reviews (same issues), not sure its worth of try. :(
