I have Windows10 64 bit. I could not load the printer drivers from the supplied cd. I lodged a complaint and a service engineer came over after a couple of days.After a lot of phoning around he managed to get the drivers installed. The procedure is as follows:-1. Download the DSDT & USB Twain drivers from the ricoh website,2. Expand them to a local folder. You will get 2 folders - "disk1" & "usb".3. Power on the printer and connect the usb cable.4. In the windows setup select to manually setup the driver. Select "have disk" and browse to the "disk1" folder. Select the gxeg764.inf file and then select the SP 2010SU variant.5. After this reboot the computer. Then run setup under the "usb" folder to load the scanner software.You are good to go now.Good quality of build and printing.

(i checked it with 4GB pendrive, works fine).Scanning quality is good.Printing speed is adequate. (~ 1 page/2 seconds)Paper tray can hold more than 100 papers.Small integrated display is useful.Buttons have a nice feel.Interface is little complex, once you get used to it, it is cool to use.Overall it looks and feels good, doesn't feel cheap.

This is my first Ricoh Printer purchased at the price of Rs 6790/- during sale period for my friend and his kids.Kids are really joy with happiness. Now they can do their school assignments and photocopies, scans and printing too without worrying to go to busy market full of traffic to get the jobs done.Printer is made good matte plastic body.1. Printer prints excellent quality printing.2. Front USB port is for putting up the scanned document directly into the pen drive.3. There is no direct printing from front USB with Pen drive or mobile phone.4. There is no LAN or Wifi in the printer for network printing.5. This printer also has manual duplex printing option.Printing paper with manual feed from the manual feed tray not working, may be I am not aware how to use it.Till date I am satisfied with the printing and would have given 5 Stars if prints from my mobile.

Please do not buy Ricoh Printer.They are here only to sell printer.After cartridge is over, they make sure you buy another brand new cartridge and the price of new cartridge is nothing less than 5000/- plus. Was cheated by them saying cartridge can be refilled.Once you give to refill, print quality detoriates drastically and you are forced to buy new cartridge. Please do not buy Ricoh Printer.

I bought this printer, toner is available in online and we itself can top it up, it was going very good for 10 months. Inbetween, printer malfunctioned but service told me to update firmware and it worked good again.At 10 month, problem started, drum is having some issue, I called Ricoh service but turns out they closed service in my service and gave service Jio to HP and after one week, service person visited but he said drum is problem and nothing can be done from my side since I'm from HP service.Then after asking him to talk with his office, I got a mail from Wipro asking me to pay Rs. 4399/- + GST(way too pricey for a drum issue) and that too my printer is still in warranty.So please consider some other printer in the market.
