Great camera. Go for it instead of an entry level DSLR. I switched from canon 550d and am not going back. Awesome for all my travel and family photos. Controls are a bit difficult because of small size and sony software is irritating otherwise a great cam.Also buy a couple of spare batteries. Battery life not comparable to DSLR.Best feature- Great sharp lens, DRO, good autofocus, 24mm at widest, selfie capable, low light performance, silent, size, movie mode is nearly like a camcorderCon- battery, sometimes confusing controls, sony software, frnds with DSLR underestimate it

I have a nikon DSLR camera but was finding it difficult to carry around during family trips. I wanted to buy a compact point and shoot camera which shoots good quality pictures. Researched and found out that sony Rx 100 range are the best especially if you are in india as panasonic tz 100 series are not avaliable in india and leica cameras though launched recently are very expensive. I wanted to buy M2 as it has back illuminated sensor for better low light photoghrahy and wifi enabled to transfer photos to phone wirelessly. At the last moment, bought M3 as i got good deal and it has 180 degrees tiliting LCD screen for selfies and a wide 24mm lens for better landscapes. Also the electronic viewfinder is great toy if you like gadgets though i m not using it much.Picture quality is very good, comparable to DSLR and low light photography is ok. The photos posted were taken in poor lighting conditions but the camera did well. Its small and can be kept in pocket. It takes time to getting used to sony menu. Overall happy. Go for it. If budget no problem, go for higher versions.

I find RX100 III extremely simple to use. I am pleasantly surprised by the advanced features that Sony has incorporated in this high performance camera. For instance, I have first time seen a pop-up viewfinder. Thank god I got this camera. I don't have to think about buying a DSLR now. I find it parallel to my RX100 III. It is very small and I actually slip it into my pocket when I am in haste. I am sure, you won't regret buying it.

There are praises for this camera everywhere. I mean I read a lot of reviews for this camera, before I bought it. I believe Sony RX100 III is worth praises. And yes, I am not saying this because I bought this camera – I am telling you this because I really loved it. I clicked great pictures from this camera. Whether it was in broad day light or in the evening, clicking with this camera has always been a sheer taste of joy for me. Even more, it does not spoil my mood as my previous camera did.

It is far better than its predecessors RX100 and RX100 II. At least I liked it very much. What a costly DSLR could have given me, RX1000 III gave me in a suitable budget. I clicked some amazing quality pictures where I captured my subjects in true colour and rich tonal gradation. As expected Sony stood tall to my expectations and so did Snapdeal.com. It not only sent my order before the given time but it also provided me with the lowest price as it guarantees. I can bet, you are certainly going to love this digital camera like I did.

Although, I am not a camera critic but according to my limited knowledge, I am sure you will be stunned by its performance. It clicks sharp and bright pictures with fantastic clarity. It captures all the vital details of the subject. It makes great angle of view and enables me to click great landscapes and portraits. Anyways, when you buy it, you will yourself explore the great features and so I will not explain the features. But I can only say you that you never regret buying this camera. At least I never did. I am very satisfied by its performance.
