I don't normally take to writing reviews of products, save for occasions when the product / user experience turns out be a really good one.This is one such instance. I'd purchased a Strontium 16 GB pen drive primarily for its robust build and appearance. Purchased one through Amazon on 19 July 2018. and was quite content with its price and performance. A month later (29 Sep 2018) it stopped being read either in my car nor on my PC.After trying some recovery attempts unsuccessfully I called up the Strontium Team in Delhi who then directed me to use their recovery tools available on their site's download section. When I told them that it didn't work they asked me to courier it to their office. I stay in Chandigarh and I was told to do as there are no service centers in my city. I did so on the 06 of Sep 2018. My courier' tracking feature showed that it was delivered last evening, i.e., 10 Sep 2018. This afternoon, 11 Sep 2018 Bingo!!!.....I received a new replacement pen drive!!! That simple. No questions asked.....no forms filling........no awaiting any pseudo analysis.......no hassles of sending reminder mails or making calls or any of the routine delay tactics.....Thats it!!True to their word. The 5 Year warranty !!A truly pleasant experience !! Team Strontium keep up the good work!!Thoroughly satisfied.

Got this pen drive within three days of order . Offers high writing and reading speeds . On my PC it gave a stunning 8 MBps write speed which is very good for USB 2.0 pen drives. The main feature of this pen drive is the storage space of 15.1 GB compared to other pen drives which give 14.6 to 14.9 GB storage for configuration of 16 GB. It has a tough steel body and is also sleek in design. Worth the money!

I received this product in 2.5 days. That is fast enough. Product is also good. Write speed is about 3 to 5 MBPS and read speed is about 8 to 10 MBPS. Some people said this one gets hot while in use. I will say its normal. Any metallic slick pen drive gets hot during operation. Key ring supplied with this pen drive is also good. This pen drive is not the best but good purchase. One question to Flipkart: On the packet of the pen drive MRP is Rs.495 and you billed Rs.499 + delivery charges. Why Rs.4 more in price when MRP is written inclusive of all taxes??
