Display: Decent display. One can notice pixels when observed closely, but for everyday use, it does it's job well. Also, touch response seems good/on par with Moto G.Connectivity: Have not tested 4G yet, but for 3G and 2G, browsing speeds are good (Airtel). WiFi works well and the phone managed to receive signal in places where my Moto X 2014 struggled.Speed: Processing speed seems decent. There is occasional lag, which can especially be noticed when opening dialer (takes 2 to 3 seconds to populate the keypad) immediately after closing another app.Multitasking: Usual apps such as WhatApp and the likes run fine. The phone seems to handle 2 to 3 apps fairly well, which should be okay for daily use. Keeping multiple apps running in the background can take a toll on app opening times (I know this is a mid-range phone, but just wanted to see how the phone handles multiple apps).Camera: Rear camera seems to be okay in daylight. In low light/indoors, noise is pretty evident. The front camera seems to be strictly for video calling. So, selfie fans might be a little disappointed.Sound: Ear piece sound is pretty good. The caller was also able to hear me loud and clear. However, the ring volume seems to be a little low (probably because of the placement of the speaker). For music playback, speaker seems okay.Ergonomics: Phone does not feel cheap and seems to be solidly built. The phone also fits nicely in one's hand due to it's curved back. Back cover seems slippery, especially when picked up with a sweaty/wet hand. The button placements seem weird at first, but after spending some time with the phone, I actually liked LG's execution.Cons:1. Internal memory: The phone has 3.5 GB free internal memory. After installing all the updates (Google apps) from play store, the internal memory comes down to 2.8 GB (without installing new apps; just the updates for the inbuilt ones).2. Battery percentage: The phone does not seem to calculate the remaining battery percentage accurately. The percentage reduces erratically. For example, the battery stays at 90% for a long time and then suddenly falls to 87% (not exact values, just mentioned the values to give some idea)3. Charging time: Takes around 3 hours to reach 100% from low battery (10% in my case).Side notes:I have not noticed heating issues so far.Comes with scratch guard pre-installed.Phone lasts a day of regular use.Indian version (H442) is yet to be updated to Marshmallow. The European ones (H440) have received the update already. I have heard that Marshmallow runs very smooth on this phone. Waiting for the update since Marshmallow has Adaptable storage feature, which allows the phone to treat the SD card as internal memory (LG seems to have turned this off by default; there are workaround though). Conclusion:This phone is not for power users (they would not consider this phone anyway). The figure of speech "Jack of all trades, master of none" suits this phone. This phone ticks all the boxes (well almost..internal memory, I am looking at you :p) for normal user on a budget. This phone is even more suitable for people who are not comfortable using the 5/5+ inch phones and want a smaller one. For the price you pay, I would say this phone is value for money. There are so many other phones which offer much more for the same price or even less, but I could not find one with a display size less than 5 inches. The only other alternatives I could find are HTC Desire 526g+, and Samsung J2 (2015). Both have the same problems as this one (8 GB internal) along with even more compromises (low resolution display (HTC and samsung); Kitkat (HTC); back panel paint peeling problems (HTC)). At the end of the day, I do not regret purchasing this phone.
The phone is a welcome delight in today's world of 5+ inch phones
The phone is a welcome delight in today's world of 5+ inch phones. I think the screen size is perfect at 4.7 in and the thickness and shape are really good for a compact and comfortable grip. However, the performance of the phone is not up to the mark.It is very laggy. After clicking on the phone icon you have to wait for loading of the next screen with call log, contact, dial etc. If this phone was 20-30% faster I would be a happy camper !

I have received this product on 24/07/2018, after that I was used a mobile normal condition only. But, last Monday onwards that's is 06/08/2018 I couldn't use mobile normally. It's showing an error like when I charged the mobile it's working good. After removing the charger it's automatically switches off and on. When it's on it showing only open screen LG Symbol.. After that I couldn't use this normally.. So, I want to replace this product kindly assist and do the needful.
6499 and I am very happy with it
I have bought this phone for Rs.6499 and I am very happy with it.It is a 4G LTE and Volte supported phone. It's touch experience is beautiful then Sony phones, and I noticed that it doesn't heat as LYF phone when I use 4G data.Battery performance is good.On stand by it consumes very very few power of battery. On the end of 24 hours it still 40-45% battery.
