A very bad product even at this price.

I bought this thing for my mother from flipkart two months back and I am writing this review from point of view of a user who bought this thing(not sure if it is meant to be called a mobile phone) for the regular use like making phone calls and messaging.
I thought at this price she may get the basic android experience but the product is bad, like really bad. It does not have memory to even support the basic mobile phone functionalities. The phone keeps loosing the contact numbers! Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. It's like you are saving a contact now and then close all applications clean the memory and open contacts to find it and BOOM all contacts lost. Feel lucky if there are at least 4 of them showing up. I earlier have had very good experience with android phones with the same RAM and ROM and internal memory so I thought it may be good too but this phone sometimes won't open messages even after they show up at the notification bar. And don't get me started on the dual sim feature. While making a call there isn't anyoption to switch the sim. While making a call it decides on it's own which sim is to be used to make the call. Also the camera. I have lost the number of counts this message pops up: unfortunately, the camera has stopped working.
I have no idea who to complaint for the product. The company for manufacturing such a disgraceful product or flipkart to even sell such a thing on their website. It has been the worst mobile phone buying experience for me and a very bad first impression of android on my mom.
To sum up:
screen, camera, processor- who cares when the thing won't even hold contacts. Isn't that what phones were originally made for?
Awesome phone for a small budget

Those of you who wish to use light android apps for business or official work, it works fine. Battery stays for long and doesn't drain out so fast unless I'm playing games continuously for 5 hours. Kitkat 4.4.2 makes gaming a smooth experience and surfing with a finger is like applying butter on your bread..if you experienced a problem with a specific handset, take it to the lava service center. Bought it from WS Retail through Flipkart...satisfied like last time when I bought Micromax A27 for my wife. But Lava Iris 370 is just superb!!!

IF YOUR BUDGET IS LOW AND IF U R AN INFREQUENT USER YOU CAN GO FOR THIS..battery is not good as promised . very low internal memory you could only have few apps even though you have an external sd card. hangs drastically. youtube could not be downloaded before of low space. infact if you are using whatsapp , you will not be able to download any other big apps. camera is good in sunlight (not to mention it shows us too bright). The device heats up.

THIS IS VERY WORST MOBILE EVER. IT IS VERY SLOW DUE TO LOW RAM. IT INTERNAL STORAGE IS ONLY 125 MB. BATTERY DRAINS WITHINS 5 HOURS AND MORE TO MENTIONS TO ITS DISADVANTAGES :( PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Plenty of things to admire about the Lava Iris 370, starting with the super attractive price tag which will get many budget phone seekers here. It has a suave look that I really liked as personally I prefer white to any other color. The cameras are both quite good as well, though obviously not as high tech. But considering the price tag, that’s to be expected. I like the fact that there is Android v4.4.2 (KitKat) which makes it very smooth running.
