Good value for money. A smarphone that can be used for work and light entertainment. Battery drains out in a day if you use it extensively over internet or for gaming. For the cost of it, it is a good buy.

I'm user of this since from 15days-
Pros-
- 5mp+2mp with front flash
- better 5mp camera
- good performance not games
- large 5.0' screen
- Good standard design and looks pretty with gold color
- Good touch but not best
Cons-
- being said upgradable to v6.0 still not yet
- 2000mah battery but by using battery saver app I came to know its 1750mah not 2000mah but battery has labelled as 2000mah
- No IPS display its just TFT means if just slightly change angle of screen you look videos as skeleton
- initially candy crush was installed but now after 2weeks candy crush hasn't supporting and temple run also not supporting
- No 4g
- conclusion best for calling, just better for videos watching not at all for gaming
- overall I'll give 3.5 out of 5.0

My mother’s phone has conked out, so was looking for a cheap smartphone when a friend suggested to check out Lava A82. I loved its sleek look and quite amazed that at such a low price Lava is providing awesome features. It has Android Lollipop as the OS which means its performance is going to be good. Plus 2000 mAh battery life, 5 and 2 MP primary as well as secondary camera is just perfect for my mom. An ideal phone for those who aren’t tech savvy!

Worst Customer Service by LAVA even if 5 Days Old mobile.

I bought the mobile through Snapdeal on 20th Jan'17 and I raised the return request on 25th Jan'17 due to mobile screen getting blank when Switched ON. So request raised on Snapdeal but unfortunately I got a call from LAVA Customer Care (Gurgaon) while he said "We will not take the mobile once sold to customer, Visit your nearest customer care for repair".
What the sh_t is this... Within 4 Days mobile got faulty and company person treating is on non-Warranty.
Pl arrange the call.
