Company should maintain good quality check of product.

Delivered very perfectly and neatly
Was good using for 1 month time,then suddenly a red vertical line appears in the display screen...tried shutting down,powering on many times..it didn't work
Now I'm using the phone with that red vertical line..no ther go!!

I purchased this phone and easyphone simultaneously on Amazon. After seeingboth the phones at a time you should go for easy phone. Really appreciate the small differences and how they become so important when buying for your loved seniors.
Things that I disliked on it after comparing with easy phone
- Ease of holding and button press amazing with easy phone.

i can only say if you love your parents, save them the hassle of wrapping their heads around complicated machinery and give them this. its just brilliant. i will not go into specifics, but it has some flaws, however, those are considering from my perspective. from my young dad of 60+ years point of view, this is the best thing that ever happened to him since disco.

Got this phone after reading reviews and couldnt find any better option.
Trust me Dis phone is PARESHAAN and believe me its a TORTURE For Old Aged people to use.The features such as call making and finding contacts on phonebook is so tough that our elders will STOP using dis phone in 2-3 days.

In ads they show Iball is indian company. Don't be shy. open the phone and see that "Made in PRC".
PRC means people republic of China. You have been fooled.They import it from China and it's quality is worst then you got from real chinese phone.
Price is cheap because this will fail to run in next 1-2 months when you bought it.
My mother didn't like it

My feedback is slightly negative because of the following reasons:
(1) Low battery life. The battery is drained out within a day even if the phone is not used at all.
(2) The charging is through a mini-USB slot which is VERY difficult to plug in and out of.
(3) Very loud ringtone, whose volume cannot be adjusted. There is no option to put the phone is silent mode.
(4) Even though the keypad has large numbers, the alphabets are very very small (the size of normal regular phones), and thus the purpose of larger keypad is completely defeated.
(5) Menu navigation is complicated.
My mother has gone back to her tried and tested Nokia 1200!
My advice would be to not buy this phone but just stick to the regular phones.
Low call volume

Do not go by the looks and features of this mobile. This one is not at all suitable for senior citizens. The call volume is very very low which is not audible for a normal person leave about senior citizens. I bought this mobile and had to return it back as it did not serve the purpose for which it was bought.

Gud phone..... However can do with little more improvement. Volume is lower than the previous model, hence makes it difficult for a senior person to hear.....Though the screen size has been increased from the previous model but can make it up to 3", if buttons are made slightly smaller.... Main problem senior citizens face is reading caller's name, SMS etc , w/o glasses.... Make letters bolder too...... Number keys are big enough....My phone has a defect , ..... the side FM button does not work properly.... can switch on but unable to switch off.......
Can be improved a lot in future

I bought this phone for my mother. This is the third phone I have bought for her in last 3-4 years. All were iBall Aasaan phones. I had great hopes from this phone as I was expecting some improvements over the previous versions. Definitely there are improvements but those are not aligning with the needs of elderly. Side button for FM radio is quite easy, whereas lock button is shifted to left hand side and it is quite hard to shift this button. SOS button is also very tight.Large buttons and large screen is plus.

Senior citizens can't cope with iBall Aasaan3

Technically this phone is an improvement over the earlier version but the sound volume is too low and the speaker has to be turned on every time, which is very inconvenient. Further, the emergency button, which was conveniently at the back is now on the side. For senior citizens, for whom this phone is designed, the existing features in the earlier model should not be disturbed. They cannot cope with these changes. My mother for whom I bought this phone, does not want to use it and prefers to continue using her older iBall Aasaan 1 phone.
