I Give this Oven 4 Stars Because, I found out that Steel Border near Handle was too hot to Touch when turned on and Also The frame gets a Little bit hot. Still Fine with me Because , I am not a Regular Baker and is fine to touch with gloves provided . And About the Size , it will be little disappointing when seeing it small for first time . If you want medium Pizza sizes and Large cakes then go for a bigger one. The Build Quality is perfect in someway and also Packaging was Great!. The Oven comes with Baking Tray , Togs , Skewer + Grill + a Glove . It is the Best Buy in ~2699 Price Tag. For Beginners it is an Ready to go . While Experienced Baker go for bigger 26 liter Model . Caution: When you get this Product, turn it on at 250 Degrees for 5 Min's, Because at first run the Coating on Heating rods will burn and turn into smoke . After 5 min. Leave it to cool down. So on second turn on, it will not generate any smoke. :) .

Do not go for this product. Inner wall coatings peeled off within first few months and product stopped working since last month. No. of times I have used it in 15 months of purchase is 3 or 4 times. Customer service is pathetic. They made me shoot a video of the heating rods 'not working' and mail it to them. After following up for a few times, some technician came and 'discovered' that a part is defective. Has disappeared since then with no communication as to when the part will be replaced or if at all. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE and go for some reputed brand. It has been a complete waste of my money.

light weight and easy to carry around but still feels solid , accessories provided by them are also seems well built . also seller did great job of packaging, the product was smartly packed and it was a delight to unpack it . overall a great product for beginners and comes with all accessories you will need cook .ps: i also got recipe book along with otg unlike others who mentioned that they didnt got recipe book with otg

When first I bought the oven I thought buying an oven in online could be bad idea but I still ordered it. When I received the product it looked awesome and when I did my first experience with the oven it was excellent and felt that my idea turned out to be good. When I visited their online shop I found they had others household products as well which I am much interested in buying......Thank you Lifelong Team for an awesome product
