I was on the lookout for a 18-22L convection Microwave and I visited many brick and mortar stores for it. Most of the units were in the range of 12k-16k. Somehow I couldn't zero in on any of the products. My first consideration was samsung CE77 series but it was priced in the range of 14k and more over the inside cavity was ceramic, which is prone to microwave leak. Overwhelmed with the confusion, i thought of giving it a try in Amazon. I came across this product. As an icing over the cake i got a cash back of Rs. 1995 using my citibank credit. So the effective price was Rs.10804, I can guarantee you that you cannot get a better deal than this. I will list out my observation, after 3 months of usage, about the product below:Pros:1>Steel cavity: compared to ceramic cavity steel is more energy efficient, microwave leakage is minimal to none.2>Concealed heater coil: Unlike Samsung MW, this unit got a concealed coil which means minimal space intrusion. You will get more space and you can keep taller utensils inside it. Samsung has got a coil which is quite visible and i feel the space is not utilized well, the coil will hinder the placement of tall utensils.Its better to go for a concealed coil unit.Cons:1> Little bit hard to clean as it is a steel cavity. Ceramic cavities are easy to clean( this is definitely not a deal barker)Couldn't find anything else. So far so good and will definitely update if anything comes up.Smaller yet significant things:The seller will place an installation and demo request for you. You might even get a call before the delivery but pls note THE INSTALLATION AND DEMO IS NOT FREE, if u buy it online,(installation is free if you buy it from brick and mortar stores). You will be asked to pay a charge of 700 rupees for the demo. I opted out of this demo it's a plug and play device so no need for expert installation and for demo- everything is in the user manual it's not a big deal to operate.The package consisted of a start-up kit which includes:1> 2250 ml container2> 1500 ml container3>Flat Spatula4>2 x Idly stand5> Measuring cup.6>User Manuel7>Recipe BookI'm attaching a pic of these items.Verdict:I'm happy with this purchase i feel it's value for money. If you are looking for a good 21L convection MW which has almost all the cooking options available in the market then this product makes a lot of sense. Go for it...I hope this will help.
