Missing startup kit killed the experience

Product is good, but unfortunately the description is misleading on Amazon page. It says brand does not provide starter kit. Whereas the label on the oven clearly says it comes with a complimentary startup kit. Tried with LG and Amazon to resolve but in vain. Is Amazon delivery chain reliable after this?

Just the right size and the right features needed in an Indian Kitchen for a family of 4. This is my second LG microwave, hence wanted similar features and no complimentary cooksets as I had the same from before. The deal from LG just worked for me....no frills just a combination microwave set with great looks

Micro mode is good. I have tried some auto cook recipes.They work.Cons : The inner stainless steel lining is easy to clean, but gets really hot during cooking. Be careful.
