I have been using this microwave oven for almost an year. I had no problems with it, turn grill is the best feature in this and it is very rare feature that is found in microwaves.
This is a all in one big microwave oven. If you are looking for one solution this is the correct choice.
Pros : All functionalities included, Big Oven
Cons : Pizza Pan not given.
Pathetic service from Flipkart and IFB

As usual item got delivered fastly from Flipkart. But even after 8 days no clues about installation and demo service from IFB side. After registering a complaint, got a confirmation that it will be addressed in a week time( total 15 days). Everyone will be having some reason to pray and obviously mine it's for IFB engineer for the installation and demo service only. If the situation is like this, what would be their service methodology after unpacking the item.
I had raised a complaint ticket (not allowing to keep the ticket details) yesterday since the installation and demo was in pending state. But today I got an SMS stating that the demo service itself cancelled without? any reason or updates. Later I contacted? Flipkart customer service twice, but I got pathetic response from them and they disconnected? my call after waiting 20-30 minutes in each time. Even though it was my very first worst experience from Flipkart customer centre, but that was enough to spoil my trust and confidence on them. Hope they will understand customer concerns in a positive and helping mind.

Product is very good and IFB service is excellent but Flipkart service is of poor quality. I got the defected product so ask Flipkart to replace or refund the money but they were unable to do anything for me and wasted my 1month then I contacted to IFB person and they are so helpful that they replaced the product within a week.
