I had it for around 20 days and I found it to be quite fast and reliable. But one day suddenly the screen started flickering. Initially it was for few seconds and few times in a day. But within 5 days, it started giving too much problem. The screen started flickering very often. I had ultimately given it for servicing and now waiting to get it back. Hope, things will get sorted out. Feels bad, when you spend so much money and have to give it for servicing after a month. I guess this is one of those company refurbished products they are selling on Amazon.Regarding the product-I still prefer the classic touchpad. The new one is annoying sometimes. Although the screen rotates 360°, it's of hardly any use as the screen is big to convert it to a tablet. I like the keyboard as it is easy to work at a dark place because of the backlights. The charger is little too big and the wire is short. Overall I'm satisfied with the product, if I keep the flickering part aside.
