Before time delivery in perfect state of laptop ordered & true to the specifications of it's model. No tampering of any sort. Laptop is more than it's value for money. So far no problems of any kind. This was my third purchase from Flipkart including two xiomy Mobiles. Can fully vouch for business efficiency & reliability of services from Flipkart in future also. Keep up ur efficiency Flipkart.

MS office which was pre installed is not a permanent 2016 home and student version, the main reason I purchased this laptop is for preinstalled MS office licensed. I am disappointed when I saw it came with office 365 and a 30day trial version.

Great laptop..
Here's my review After 2 days of use..
The best thing about the laptop is its look and feel..its sleek and stylish..
Those complaing abt the cursor problems..I haven't faced any problem after installing the Windows 10 64bit version..
Also I haven't faced the krrr sound issue many have been complaining about..
The GPU of the laptop is awesome..i was able to run GTA 5 and FIFA 17 in decent settings without any lag..
Heating is also comparitively less..
The battery backup is kinda low though..i was only able get to 2.5 - 3 hours while gaming..
Another issue i felt is less number of usb ports..we get only 2..bt its okay since both are 3.0 and we also get one type C usb port..
All in all this laptop is worth every buck..go for it..;-)

Some may find that touchpad is not working even after installing windows so you need to install the driver and then go into device manager and update all the drivers.
So conclusion if you buy laptop with Dos so you should have a little knowledge of how to install windows and then drivers by googling.
Everthing works fine for me after installing and update all drivers.
Best laptop at this price.

This is one of the best laptop in this price segment.I am editing this review after 15 days of using .Installed windows 10 doesn't face any problem.Installed driver from lenovo website.Also registered for back to collage offer and successfully extended warranty +2 yrs.. Playing FIFA 17, PES 17, GTA V without any lag.
Pros:
1. Performance is very good.
2. Display is not the best, but good.
3. Nice Dolby effect.
4. Nice responsive touch pad. Supports all the gestures.
5. Build is very good, not metallic but nice slick design.
6. Connectivity is very fast.
7. 180 deg rotate display.
Cons:
1. Though sound quality and Dolby effect is very nice , the sound is not much louder.
2. The hard disk is not a good one.Whenever i transfer files the disk process goes 100% and the laptop respond laggy, after the transfer everything goes to normal.
3. Have only 2 USB ports(3.0).
4. Flipkart packing was very bad.Though Lenovo packing was safe.

key board is good
stylish finish
But
i am updating the review after two days usage
Big major fault is
Laptop hard-disk is sounding like kur kur or making noise
some function key was not working like brightness key but volume key will working properly so company should upddate the software on the basis of the review of all people
and sleep mode is not showing and after lock screen the laptop can start from begin hence too time gone waste in typing password and booting
after all above problems 1st days gone good but on second day the pc start hanging and even open 1 pic it take 5-6 sec even i dont install any game because i am not buy this product for gaming but but for commen work open softwre it take time and lagging automatically restarting and heating issue is also on harddisk side not too high but not to get chance to ignore this
So becoz of harddisk is making noise too and hangingg problem restarting device
i am going too replace the product
so i hope replacement is good
delivery speed is awesome packing is too big so product box got some bend but product is ok
so keep packing fitsize of the product no necessry too pack big it is difficult to carry
so thumps up for this review
