I have bought this lenovo laptop 12dec2014 and after 8 months I faced keyboard and mouse pad not working. Then I contacted to lenovo they ask me serial number of laptop when I saw serial number on back of laptop and in invoice both are different.then I realize either amazon or seller(rocky marketing) made me fool.lenovo refused to accept me complaint because seller dint provide me a valid invoice.I don't know what to do know.and one more thing my laptop warranty will be end after 9 months of purchasing.

Great buy at 33K. Purchased it for 35K and got 2K cash back. In market same was available for 39K. value for money.I ordered this product in Dec 2014. Since then this laptop is working nicely.Pros-no heat up issue, battery stays on for approx. 3-4 hrs.-Comfortable Keyboard for typing. I doubt hardcore game players might not like it.-Awesome config 8gb RAM, 1 TB HDD, 2 GB graphic card, 1.9 Ghz processor.-Gaming experience is good with 2 gb graphic card, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare runs very smoothly.Cons-Little issue with track-pad, sometimes it just freezes/hang and did not respond for a couple second this annoys a little.-Screen lags in terms of HD quality. not happy with watching full HD/blu ray movie on laptop as screen quality lags here.No wifi connection failure issue so far. Speaker are ok. 8 GB RAM is great, it allows multi tasking without hang issue. Lenovo customer service is very supportive.What to say about packaging of product. That was really awesome. Small air polybags and double cartons prevented any kind of damage to product. Delivery time was also good.Forget to mention about One key recovery.... Used it once. Easy to use and not much time consuming... whole process restores your laptop to as it was initially in just 20-30 minutes. I suggest to make recovery disk for One key recovery, always create back up for data and never sore data in C drive. Also make partition using shrink volume as soon as you receive laptop.Overall great buy at 33K.

Light, multi-functional, well-designed, excellent heat dissipation. The 15.6" screen may seem big (But that was a requirement for me, hence bought this). Sadly comes only with HD ready display, but nevertheless, that is comfortable for viewing videos and using software like MATLAB, AutoDesk Packages, etc.Overall a very satisfactory buy.
