In totality this laptop is very good except for its display quality. The display is very average due to reflection, bad viewing angles and poor contrast/color ratio. Basically in lay man words, the display is not vibrant, not pleasing. I bought a gaming laptop assuming a good quality screen would be included automatically. Its the kinda display quality u would get in say those entry level cheap tabletsI don't know who is responsible, Amazon or Lenovo, but the offer included at the time of purchase, was denied when I tried to redeem it. It was of buying a 1TB external hard drive for much lesser = 1149/- inclusive of shipping and packaging. This is equivalent to a profit of 2k when compared to the cost of a new HDD of the same capacity which effectively made me feel that the laptop was bought by me at a cheaper cost. The offer was clearly mentioned when I bought the machine and it was 10% reason for particularly choosing this laptop. Its indirect cheating and a compensation should b paid to undo such an errorUpdate 2ndJune2017 : I hardly use this laptop. I hate the display, I have to live with this for 5 years as I can't afford another :(Hoping things could improve, I spent another 729/- for an anti glare screen protector hoping that it would make the display look better to some extent, but nopes. Today, I m downgrading my review from 4 stars to 1 star therefore, cause I literally hate it

Amazon displayed an ad telling this is eligible for extended 2 years warranty provided by lenovopromo.net. I called Amazon and after their oral and email confirmation, I purchased this laptop. Then began my nightmare. Lenovo or Lenovopromo.net both declined this offer and said it's Amazon's fault. Amazon too didn't help me very much and after rigorously following up for 10 days, I returned back this product. Very horrible experience, Should have been dragged to court for misleading with forefeid information.

Good Specification for the price but built quality is poor. Keyboard literally sinks even on light press,forget about gaming. Viewing angles are pathetic. USB ports are tighter than expected.Speakers are situated below so sound is tiny when placed on desk.Getting drivers for windows 10 is pain as bundled CD only have Win 8 drivers.Check the invoice serial number with that on back of the laptop,It's different but Amazon corrected & sent me new invoice.
