Horrible laptop!! 60K IN DRAIN + 23K more due to third rate build quality.I purchased it online 2 months back on the official HP website, though laptop functions below average but the build quality is too poor.The screen starts coming out after few days, and one day while I was closing my laptop, the whole screen got broken.I had purchased a three year warranty, trusting HP brand. But was totally shocked by their reluctant response. Now they are asking me to pay 23,000 and get it done.Don't buy this laptop, prefer Microsoft surface pro even if it's a bit costly, at least you can use it for a year.HP cheated me, they have horrible mechanism in place to address customer dissatisfaction.Once you have bought the laptop they don't care about what happens to it, the warranty is all a farce, they ll point out some s*** terms and conditions and ask you to shed loads of money.
