Good Product with its own querks

I bought this device from a different website due to a deal. I will dive straight to the technicalities of the device. The device is super thin as said and packs a good deal.Processor - i7 6500u dual core Intel's Skylake processor rated at 2.5 and 2.6 Ghz respectively which gives extremely smooth operation.Ram - 8 Gb DDR3 (Soldered/Non up gradable) its okay for normal use but might be less for some heavy software development.Display : 1080p (for models available in India) but the auto adaptive brightness is kind of a downer but you can switch it off from setting(Windows + Intel Display setting)Battery Backup : Max 6 Hrs which is kind of less as compared to its prime competitor Apple Macbook Air( upto 11 hrs)Keyboard : Backlit but not suitable for software developers as most keys like home and end are clubbed with other keys so multiple simultaneous key press is needed for simple operation like home or pg up - down etc.Trackpad : Big, allows multi gesturePorts : 2 USB 3.0 + 1 USB 2.0 + HDMI + SD card reader (SDHC + SDXC)Storage : 256 Gb(221 Gb user usable) sdd its quite slow sadly sometimes even feel like hdd. You can insert a sd card instead of a new M.2 SDD as it will cost you way less. I am using Sandisk Ultra 128gb SDXC(119 Gb Usable) card for extra storage getting around 340 Gb of total storage which is quite decent for an ultra book.Heating: The device does gets heated a lot if you block the fan below. it especially gets heated while charging.Sound : Bang and Olufsen they are crystal clear BUT produce extremely low sound (even on using DFX amplifier software) so to hear them you will need a pin drop silent room.Final Verdict : The device is good but for a 90k range it has a pretty good competition but if you want super lightweight ultrabook with great built ( Full Aluminium Chassis) then this is the one present right now as the next best thing from HP the HP specter will cost atleast 35 to 50k more than this with only usb c ports (which for country like India are quite useless right now).
Wonderful Laptop

Hi All,
This is one of the best laptop available from hp. I own it for last few months and i am loving it.
Here are the pros and cons
Pros
- Light weight
- Fast (i7 + 8 GB RAM + SSD drive)
- Never hangs up
- Light weight + good reading device with touch screen capability
- Battery Life is very good.
- Display is awesome
- Can take heavy application load
Cons
- Speakers are not powerful
Apart from speakers which are in no means bad. Otherwise this is much better value for money then macbooks.

Guys, Please don't buy this laptop. HP compare it with Apple but they are not near to them.
All the hardware are belong to Samsung HDD,RAM,Display,Camera etc.
Camera quality is poor.
I recently found that my Seagate Expansion external drive is also not working with this laptop.
Battery is decent but get heat-up too much.
Exhaust fan make noise like aeroplane taking take off.
You can buy because this laptop is cheap as compare to Dell XPS and Apple Air.
Quality wise is not good. I made a mistake.
HP support people didn't know what they are doing.
My recommendation will be not to buy this laptop.
Good enough

This laptop is a steal at Rs. 79, 990. The finish and build is the best you can get at this budget not to mention a top of the line laptop processor. Display is decent with anti-glare. Speakers are acceptable but a little hollow, lacking the crispness of traditional laptop speakers. Keyboard is not on the level of Macbooks but again, acceptable. Backlight is fairly dim but can't complain. However, the trackpad is very disappointing. Clicking and double clicking is a chore as the surface is very resistant to force. A shame.
Virtual cores/hyperthreading, which allows for full use of 2 + 2 i7 cores is disabled out of the box. Need to enable it in BIOS. Another con is the heat management/performance under load. Light gaming on an Android emulator in a non-airconditioned room in 30C+ weather lead to temps above 85C+ and noticeable throttling of the CPU.
Absolutely not fit for heavy duty tasks like gaming or video editing, without assisted cooling. It's perfect for the businessman or executive preferring Windows using it for browsing, media and spreadsheets. Shipping and delivery were fast and the box is large and well packed.
You get a HDMI to VGA cable for projectors and external display support, which is nice.

It is as advertised. Lighter than air! You need to secure it with a Kensington lock or else it will float away and you may not notice. So have to buy a Kensington lock too. I can sometimes even use it as a hot-air balloon if it is working at full power.
Awesome laptop.
Pretty good
