Waste of money!

My complaint is in respect of non installation of basic Microsoft office software... While checking feature and price of product.. One is not expected to see whether Basic Microsoft Office is installed in it or not... This is basic thing without which no person can operate laptop.. They expect me to install Microsoft office For Rs 5000 in my laptop which I have purchased for Ra. 30490/-.. It is too much.. It is better to purchase from local retail seller who will say MRP and in his MRP basic software are provided free of cost...
After finding my complaint.. Height of flipkart that they removed the option of Software Problem from their complaint...
This is nothing unfair, unjustified and cheating from Flipkart.. I had been loyal customer of Flipkart.. I have purchased Mobile worth Rs. 20000.. I expect such giant company to spend extra amount to maintain its credibility and trust of its customer..
I did not mention any fault reason like missing of any part, any damage.. I wrote my only genuine complaint.. Till today I have purchased more than 5 laptop and computer from local retail shol.. Such basic software are provided only.. I don't know whether they are pirated or original.. But I had been satisfied with my retail stores..
Now I would prefer to be cheated by local store rather from Online Store.. Atleast Local Store Person will be with me in case of any urgency in my life...

Dead pixels on arrival and Flipkart refuses to replace

The problem here is with Flipkart. We found some dead pixels on arrival and immediately raised a replacement request. Flipkart called and arranged for an HP engineer to come but he said that the company does not provide warranty on that. Based on that Flipkart rejected the replacement request. This is highly unethical and cheap from Flipkart. If they have sent me a defective piece... they need to replace it.
