I am the Regular Customer of Flipkart . This is my First Review On Flipkart . First thing first Flipkart service and Delivery Just Awesome . Excellent Packing from Flipkart . I feel One of the Best Online shopping website on Earth . Coming to Laptop . Good Build Quality Works fine with Windows 8.1 x64 Bit version . Driver support is Good Just download " HP Support Assistant " All driver updates will be installed automatically from this tool No Need to search and install manually. Battery back up is Good about 4 Hr Normal Use . No Heating issues . But the real issue is Here Look for this " 1 Year Onsite Warranty with ADP Hard Bundled with ADP Only " I registered the product on the "www.hp.com/in/getadp" After few days HP Replayed that the serial number is Incorrect . I got shocked. Is it like "No Warranty" ? Called the HP Call center But No use . One of the worst response I got at HP Customer Care . Informed this to Flipkart also , Now HP ADP Team is asking for the Picture of the Laptop Stickers etc I sent them then also not registered . Now I am feeling I have done mistake by taking this Laptop . I Never thought HP - ADP Can be so bad . If You are planing to Buy this HP laptop Be Careful You may end up with No Warranty. Better buy some other Company Laptop .

TOPPED IT WITH WINDOWS 7 PRO AND NOW ITS RUNNING SMOOTHLY. -All drives are provided on HP website.Therefore no problem in installation. -There were many i3 HP laptops available at lower cost but all of them have i3(4th gen) Here you get i3(5th GEN) ie more power less battery consumption. -Mentioned on HP website therefore no problem availing ADP.Some of them selling are not mentioned on HP website therefore you can't avail ADP protection PRO 1. Good back up of about 6 hours without wifi and around 4 hrs with wifi. 2. Overall performance is good, processor is 14nm 3.looks are glossy but descent enough 4.Webcam is awesome good picture even in low light 5.Fabulous keyboard. I enjoy typing on it. 6.no heating even after long use 7.USB 3 port 8.Silent CONS 1.pathetic mousepad. It will take time before you get familiar with it. I m using wireless mouse 2.No VGA port. But you can buy USB to VGA converter(Rs.200) No other problem works just well . You can buy it with peace of mind . No problems found yet . UPDATE; After one and a half month usage -Battery backup improved(can watch 3 movies back to back on a single charge) - Now mousepad did not seem a big con. reduced the use of wireless mouse -Still no heat problem even after installing much software -30 sec booting time,but swiths off in 10 seconds -ADP was confirmed by HP Happy with my purchase

Surprise: This laptop can work up to 8+ hours as a reader/browser in power saver plan, wifi on only when loading pages, using firefox in reader mode, low brightness. PS: battery already shows 3% as lost capacity. Presently the Warranty status shows it ends in March 2016, 2 month less than one year from purchase. Have registered for ADP and warranty. So hoping the status will change to May 2016 after they update from the purchase invoice. I Will update this review when that happens. Order process , delivery, package Was looking for a laptop for a student going to college soon. Initially thought of buying a low end gaming laptop like Toshiba L50B I 3110 with i3 4005u and R7 m260 at Rs35,000/-(with Win8.1). But then I saw this i3 5th gen laptop at 25,890/- from WSRetail. Decided to skip the gaming part, (afraid that gaming might overtake study) and ordered on 26th may 2015. Was apprehensive about the warranty part since ordering from an online shop. There is one review here warning about the adp. But there was a comforting 30 day replacement period from WSRetail. The package was delivered on 29th May 2015 one day ahead of schedule. Packed well but but the package was probaly dropped on its corner and was a little freckled and soft. Anyway accepted it hoping the contents were safe still. There was a laptop backpack free from HP! Everything inside the package was fresh and new un-touched. Looks Good. Thin clamshell with polished granite finish. Display Quite good for the price. Good to look at HD res pictures, wallpapers and video. Maybe you should increase color saturation to 15 in the intel Gfx control panel. And do the cleartype setup in windows. Viewing angles are strictly so so. You will need to bend the display back to get proper contrast. It is reflective and probably not for outdoor use. Battery 41 wh. Good backup time of about 7 to 8 hours browsing on wifi. Charger is very good quality. Camera so so. Not hd res. poor framerate. Sound OK. No bass. Good on headphones. Has DTS settings. Cpu i3 5010u. Quite fast and frugal with power consumption. Never saw it go to 100% usage.(hyperthreaded - so 100% utilization difficult to achieve does not mean it is not fully stressed) Except ie 11 everything is quick. Probably the slow hard disk causing delays. Add a mini usb or sdcard for readyboost. It makes the stuttering go away. Memory - Single channel populated- 12.8 GB/sec Did not check if HP service centre can upgrade it to 8GB dual channel. No flaps at back panel to insert new memory. Graphics - intel HD5500 Transformers2 game 25-30 fps at 800*600 lowest settings. Fifa 14 at 1366*768 Vsync off, medium settings 30-100 fps. 3Dmark11 performance driver version 10.18.14.4222 Score P1096 Graphics Score 1006 Physics Score 2921 Combined Score 868 Graphics performance might improve if another memory module is added. Keyboard Full size chiclet keyboard. Ok for use when you get used to it. Trackpad big with buttons, easy to use. buttons a bit hard. Install synaptic driver but disable the synaptic caller service to save power. Card reader Awkward placement. There was space at the left side to make it sit flush and not so conspicuous. Can read SDHC cards at UHS1 speeds. Do not know if it supports SDXC. No detailed specs available at HP website. Overall HP makes it difficult to use their website. Driver download links play hide and seek on ie11. Build, durability OK build, there is some light bleed at the edges of the display. Difficult to open the lid. some plastic panel around the display a bit loose. Overall a good laptop for the college going crowd.

This is the worst laptop I have ever experienced. Everything is wrong with this laptop and the supplier as well. With in few weeks ofbuying this laptop in brand new condition, the mother board got collapsed. I had to call HP technicians. He had to replacethe old mother board by a new one. After that, I realize that the WiFi driver is also not working. Every time I connect the WiFi,it gets disconnected immediately. In summary, everything with this laptop is wrong. So, my suggestion would be "Don't buyit". I also have complaints towards the retailer "Rockey Marketing". The HP technician thinks that the laptop has been openedpreviously, and resold cleverly. But, I do not have any proof.
