Laptop came 17 days after I ordered. Also the laptop should be accompanied with the drivers CD especially when the laptop comes with free dos and what if the person doesn't have a net connection.The drivers for the laptop run into 500 MB + size in total and take a long time to download.Also the LAN card driver and display and few others are not compatible with windows 7 64 bit version. I tried downloading from realtek website also but it didn't work.Also the battery size is real small. so don't expect long duty hours. if you play video wont last more then a hour I guess. Also due to small size . life also may be poor.I dont like the keyboard.. feels weird.. i use the wireless mouse and wireless keyboard to operate.But for the price I paid in the lightning deal it was worth it. otherwise its a expensive buy.Performance of the laptop is pretty descent. The speakers are below the laptop which I feel should be on top for better audibility.If you buy from amazon HP doesnt accept your request for extended warranty. i paid HP and they rejected the request. Saying Amazon is not official trade partner.

Its very good product and configuration is also good according to the Price, Also I am very thankful to amazon who provide it to me in good price range.But here I want to give suggestion to amazon that please contact with Dell and HP to make collaboration with them and provide warranty with it because in Indian website of DELL and HP it is openly written that they not provide support to the laptops which is sold by amazon.in. And this problem is not with flipkart, so amazon should have to take care of these things because amazon is brand and having value in online market so they have to taken care of there market value/reputation.

I got it in Diwali Deal For 25,800/-I have validated the warranty from HP Site for the product and its workingIt is best laptop as it has more RAM - 4 GB,cool i3 processor - i am into software teaching i feel its sufficient for most of users and even programmers (maybe not sufficient for animation and video editing)It has a large 1TB harddisk and great HP Support.

Excellent i3/4GB/1TB HP Laptop for Rs 23,300/-. Bought it during Diwali Dhamaka for Rs Rs 25,800/- (plus Rs 2500/- cash back after 2 months). I have been using it for last 4-5 months and it works well. The product was well packed. Delivery was too bad. The product was not shipped even after the promised delivery date and had to make multiple follow up's. I guess this was due to large number of order's during Diwali but I was not updated on this. Overall a good Purchase.

Laptop is slim and light weight. This is the best at this price works good with Win 7 and Win 8.1 64bit. Only issue is with the Ralink wifi adapter, if you have router in India country mode then this laptop does not detects the signal. Only work with US mode router which is generally default for every wifi router, for me I changed it though. Speed is good lakes 20 to 25 seconds to boot up with Win 8.1 64bit Enterprise.

its good but lacks graphic card . Driver installation is tricky , I wasn't able to install graphics driver that was provided by hp on their official site . Neither wifi driver nor graphic driver are working from hp site . I had to download wifi driver for another laptop that was compatible with this one on windows 7 and graphics driver for intel hd from intel official site . the wifi button was not working , I updated bios provided by hp on their site . Now its working fine. it took my 3-4 hours including download to configure this one .
