Disappointed with touch pad which is really bad. No option but to use mouse pad. When i went to Dell store after 3 months of purchase, they said we have sold to amazon more than 9 months ago and your warranty has expired !!!

Never thought of getting a laptop with these configuration at this price.Pros:Good designLess priceCons :Keypad is too small for me as i was using Dell inspiron earlier.mousepad location is too annoying as it touches while we type.there is no option to turn mousepad offNO lights indicating whether laptop is ON or OFFI am using this product for last 1 month , until now it is looking good

I love the product the service by Amazon. First time i did online shopping and very satisfied. It got delivered within 2 days during weekend also. After seeing the review from some peoples that touchpad was not working i was scared but i am using it daily and it works fine. Good value for money.Please consider this product as your choice and offcourse amazon.

Hardly used with care but, keyboard gone bad and replaced within 1year warranty. It became brick after 1+ year. There was no warranty after year and repair cost was coming to almost purchase price, there was no other way to trash it out. Very bad product !!

I got this product with all descriptions defined by seller , but while I connected through dell support service to get warranty , I found that It was already registered with service tag and I got only 10 month warranty instead of 12 month.I don't have time for replacement that's why I am using the same product , have installed windows 10 , working very nice and smoothly .I think seller use to do some thing with duty tax that's why they are selling it less then other .
